Super soft rice rolls and affordable!
Chang’s rating has been lowered from 4 stars to 2 stars after the owner changed.
Stopped in on a Saturday at around noon to pick up some rice rolls to try. I was trying to find out how many rolls come in a small vs. a large, but they don't speak English. They also don't cut it up, they just kind of plop a giant pile of rice roll into a box. I got the cilantro, beef, and shrimp (all large). I think if you order small, they have some pre-made but the large, they make it fresh. They were all meh. I think they grind their own rice there because I saw them transferring rice from buckets to plastic bags. The texture isn't as smooth as dim sum restaurants. I think I might even like the cart churng funs better. Don't think I'd order from here again.
Very moist and flavorful rice noodles, and the topping soy sauce was extremely aromatic. There are various options to top your noddles too, like with egg and green onions. The staff were very kind too. I was short some money and they offered for me to just pay next time.
why is the cheung fun so dry😭worst I've had in my life
Horrible service, the girl at the counter kept yelling at the customers and trying to change their orders to the order they made already. Horrifically small and disgusting.
Got the pork and egg rice rolls, along with vegetable congee (which also has pork in it). Both very delicious.
Yummy😋

They don’t have a huge menu - seems to be just rice noodles and congee. I had one pork and one shrimp noodle - honestly too much! I took a full noodle’s worth home. Perfectly done, salty soft and lots of meat, especially for the price! Not a lot of sitting room, but quick, cheap, and delicious.

Had three types of rice noodles. Pork is the best option, would not recommend the shrimp or beef.

It’s really delicious, but I bought one and my nails got damaged after eating it. Do I need to check the hygiene?

I had been having a fever for the past two days and originally wanted to order takeout porridge. I happened to see that they had vegetable and meat porridge, so I ordered a large wagyu and pork rice roll with egg and corn. Within 5 minutes, the customer service called me and said it was not available. Is it okay to replace the beef and corn with pork and eggs? I said no problem. When the meal was delivered, there was no porridge. The menu only had these few items. These were not available when I placed the order, and those were not available. So what else should I open? ? ? Two rice rolls cost me 20 yuan. I only went here for the porridge. It really doesn’t matter what I want. It’s a rubbish shop. The rice rolls are not as good as the rice rolls from the food truck on 8th Avenue and 60th Street. The meat is not good either.

Best rice rolls I’ve had in Brooklyn! I love how thin the noodles are and the fact that you can choose to add egg to any roll.Service is usually great, but keep in mind that the place does get busy.

The service attitude in the store was very poor. When I asked for an extra soy sauce, it was like I was robbing him of his money. I don’t know what the old man was muttering about. Finally, I gave one very reluctantly and warned that I would not give it again in the future. Is this soy sauce boiled with abalone? The amount given is small. If you don’t want to do business, don’t do it.
