I decided to come here myself and see why all the negative reviews. The staff here was 110% response, respectful, and took orders perfectly fine. Even gave fortune cookies to several individuals that walked in and asked. To add. The food was hot and your regular tasting Chinese restaurant. On the other hand it's more the customers placing their orders in a rude way with no reason.

Hong Li receptionist is the rudest and most disrespectful. Man, I have ever spoken to, and the food is complete garbage. He continuously screws up your orders and whenever you attempt to communicate with him in order to correct the mistakes. He becomes extremely disrespectful. I will never order from that nasty place ever again. But that is how they treat the people living in these communities. With complete disrespect and disregard.

I called to make an order for delivery. I order shrimp and broccoli with white fried rice with shrimp it’s amazing trust me . When I said I wanted the white fried rice with shrimp he Said “no no we don’t make it” and just hung up I wasn’t even finish with my order. Very rude and have no manners what so ever, disgusting!
