If i could.one of the servers got into an altercation with a customer and she told her she spit in there food...This is the most disgusting thing to do and say to someone...They need to do better as a whole and be more professional ....

I come to this location very often and Lashay the bartender has been so attentive , she also ensures that she comes back to see if everything is satisfactory and with a smile . True customer service is hard to come by and hook and reel have a gem in Lashay!

Stopped by hook and reel, after work, sat by the bar and was greeted by the bartender Lashay. Warm welcoming energy and very knowledgeable about the drinks. I will definitely be back alllll the days she works. She is phenomenal.

The bartender Lashay is amazing and very attentive!! Food is very tasty and comes out hot and fast. Big screens all over the restaurant to watch sports!! And drinks are amazing too.
