Not a safe place for women in my experience. My female friend was fat shamed twice by the same guy and no other guy seemed to care. That guy was simultaneously making my other friend feel uncomfortable as well. On top of that, the pool table was surrounded by men who would either cock block you from playing or make creepy moves at you. Then they erased my name off the board of people to play next ? Men who did show ‘concern’ for us eventually tried to take us home. Maybe we just caught the wrong crowd, but there are so many other places to go in NYC I wouldn’t waste my time again with this place.

This place always smells like bleach, which isn't the worst thing about this place. The bouncer, like every place owned by this group, was a tool. He perceived a slight from me, and threatened to end my life. Full stop, he said "did you give me the finger because that would be the last thing you ever did." Ridiculous. Fire this unhinged psycho.

I am sure the owners can check the footage from the night of 07/06/24 and could clearly see that one of you was highly inebriated and was not fit or safe enough to enter the bar. Do not come on here trying to sabotage that young man’s reputation and job. Shame on you.
I recently visited Horses and Divorces Bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and had an amazing experience thanks to their outstanding overnight security guard who guards the main entrance. He was professional, friendly, and made my party and me feel incredibly safe throughout our visit. His attentiveness and professionalism were truly impressive, and it’s one of the main reasons I will be returning. The staff’s service was also fantastic, adding to the overall great experience. Highly recommended!
Friend trips while handing the bouncer his ID, immediately apologized and the bouncer decides to kick the ten of us out. Not the type to start problems so we just went to the bar next door. Want to talk about a bouncer with a God complex talk to your employees. Date is 7/6/24 and at 8pm. We just came from dinner. Guess he didn't want to work. Be careful don't offend the bouncer with a trip he'll hate you.

So it was a group of 10 of us who wanted to come in for a drink. Unfortunately, we didn’t even get to go inside bec the security guy who was working outside on 7/6/24 wouldn’t let us in for absolutely no reason. I hope the owners know that they’ve hired a person who picks and chooses whom to let into their business. Sad to see in 2024.
