If you order online for delivery, they will definitely get your order wrong 75% of the time.
The best of the best. The best coffee. Delicious bagels. Delicious & clean deli. It can get really busy. Only downside is sometimes you can want something simple like a coffee & wait a super long time til everyone finishes sandwiches. I wish while others prepared the sandwiches, one could give the coffee lol. Great spot though.
Idk why but I got a bagel and indeed it was hot. And mad yummy as well.
I'm craving a 🥯 right now, and I know just the place! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home 💖. Plus, the owner is amazing and makes everyone feel special. Definitely my go-to spot for a delicious breakfast. #HotBagel #BreakfastGoals #BestBagels
Insanely good bagels y'all 🥯
Best bagel shop in Brooklyn!
The business name is HOT BAGELS, but yesterday I bought 8 bagels. When I came home, they were hard like stones, baked over 24 hours ago. Totally disappointed. Very bad man at cashier. The lady was professional.
I could eat their bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel every day.
My fav bagel shop in NYC, good coffee too. Try the jalapeño and scallion cream cheese bagel and the lox bagel.
The best. So glad to have this awesome bagel and sandwich shop here in Kensington.

Bagels always fresh, staff is always pleasant
Good food but prices are ridiculously high, I paid 5.75 for a toasted bagel with cream cheese, way over priced!
A solid bagel and sandwich place. I’ve been coming here for years and the sandwiches have always come out great.
Bagels are decent.
However, I’ve been here a few different times between the hours of 12 and 4 and have randomly been told “the grill is closed”
Last time, one of the workers was cutting up and wrapping a sandwich that was steaming hot. When I asked “then why is that sandwich hot?” I received no answer.
Coffee and butter used to be much better...
