The girl that works there is very disrespectful. Very big attitude even when I apologized.
Absolutely horrid. I seriously never write reviews but this is insane , my boyfriend and I got a bagel. The sausage and egg were cold. Somehow the entire bagel was very moist/wet? And slimy!! Truly disgusting. If you wanna waste your money please enjoy!!

I’ve been coming here on and off for probably close to 25 years. It’s definitely one of the best, if not the best breakfast spot in the neighborhood. The prices are high though and still going up. A bacon, egg and cheese bagel is $7. A raisin bagel with cinnamon cream cheese is $3.75; I think it was $2 just a few years ago.The bagels aren’t the big ones you see in some spots so it’s a quick snack. I can’t justify those prices since my favorite bodega is charging $5 for the bacon, egg and cheese.
The sandwiches are a better value cause you’re getting more than double the food for less than twice the price. I like the “Italian Sub” and “The Russian” for $12. I tried the “Tuna Delight” on a hero today for $10 and it’s more justified than the bagel prices. They charged .50 just to add onions which is kinda lame. Sandwich shops don’t do that unless it’s something like roasted red peppers.
Lastly, they surcharge 3.75% to pay by card. I work in credit card processing so I understand more than most how thin the margins are for a small business. I urge most of my clients to do the same to be more profitable (pass the fees to the customer), but when you’re also charging extra just to add onions it gets to a point where you gotta call out being cheap. Sorry.
It’s still a very good local spot to grab a bite. The place is packed even at 6:30 am. The pictures are the Italian Sub, bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, raisin bagel, and the Tuna Delight.

Employees are upset they have a customer . Early hours 6 am and 12-1. They don’t want to work . Something is very wrong . The owner needs to reboot the staff behind the counter . I read more one reviews similar complaints .

no complaints about the bagels, but the staff is CLUELESS about allergens.
TWO people behind counter promised me there were NO NUTS in the coffee cake, so i scarfed it down...
turns out it had chopped walnuts. i spent the next 5 hours vomiting and scratching at hives. good thing i didn't end up in the hospital!

Great bagel and sandwich shop. Family owned and run. I've been going there in that neighborhood since I was a 20y.o and now 25yrs later they are just as awesome a spot to order from.

The best of the best. The best coffee. Delicious bagels. Delicious & clean deli. It can get really busy. Only downside is sometimes you can want something simple like a coffee & wait a super long time til everyone finishes sandwiches. I wish while others prepared the sandwiches, one could give the coffee lol. Great spot though.
Idk why but I got a bagel and indeed it was hot. And mad yummy as well.

I'm craving a 🥯 right now, and I know just the place! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home 💖. Plus, the owner is amazing and makes everyone feel special. Definitely my go-to spot for a delicious breakfast. #HotBagel #BreakfastGoals #BestBagels
Insanely good bagels y'all 🥯
Best bagel shop in Brooklyn!
The business name is HOT BAGELS, but yesterday I bought 8 bagels. When I came home, they were hard like stones, baked over 24 hours ago. Totally disappointed. Very bad man at cashier. The lady was professional.
I could eat their bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel every day.
