Making bagels was one of my first jobs as a kid, this is one of the best stores still around. Service is always great. Nothing like a hot everything right out of the oven.

I’ve been coming to Hot Bagels for months now, today I had such a bad experience with MATT. I placed my order with the other person working. Matt comes out from the back and yelled at me to “MOVE a tae”, he yelled more than once. I was actually shocked at this disrespect because I was a regular and always respectful to everyone that works there. I didn’t respond to Matt, I paid for my food and left. I will never return to this place again. Why be rude to customers? I was already having such a bad day and this just sealed the deal. I didn’t deserved to be yelled at. Matt, you should be a little respectful with dealing with people.
