A good Nashville hot chicken sandwich is worth paying $11 for. However, this was the most disappointing Nashville we've ever had. The breading was soggy and falling off the chicken. It was soaked in the excessive sauce, which is not a typical component of Nashville hot chicken and the slaw was just unflavored shredded cabbage - no vinegar, no mixing with mayo, just literally cabbage. Additionally, the pieces of chicken on the two sandwiches we got were small and didn't use the entire bun. The cost of two sandwiches, a small fry, and tip was $35. The quality did not reflect that. You'd be better off trying to make a hot chicken sandwich at home before ordering it from this place.

Grilled? The chicken didn't have any flavor. The sauces that came with it, green sauce and another brown sauce did not lend a nice flavor. The mashed potatoes were the best part of the meal and came highly recommended. I'd prefer chicken Peruvian style rotisserie. Highly disappointed

Delicious, inexpensive, and really fast delivery, which is always a plus during these times. Very dependable, have been coming to this place for almost a decade now.The grilled chicken is a healthy choice. Love their sweet potato fries because it's not shoe string and it's not salted unlike a lot of other places. Their gyro and Buffalo wings are awesome too.Bonus is their fantastic hot sauce!

I have always been a fan of their food just had 2 issues.. When I went to order I was standing there for a very long time waiting to order because the guy was trying to handle a phone order where the person didn't know what to order and had many questions, he could have put them on hold and took my order since I was physically standing in front of him,It not just them it seems like a lot of places are doing this I would thunk the person that's standing in front of you would b e dealt with sooner then a phone order.. The last issue is I got mashed potato and they were very thin like you would get making boxed mashed potatoes everything in me is saying they were even though I hope it wasn't boxed mashed potato. If it boxed mashed potatoes that's not right the customers deserve real mashed potatoes since we are paying or say they are boxed and let the customer decide..Other than that the chicken is the best and I like their special sauce...

I work at the hospital, I can't tell you how necessary it is for a place like this to be in business where you can get a quick lunch or dinner option that's not deep fried. With that said this place drops the ball completely. The chicken is disgustingly dry. At this point I've given them 3 tries which is fair/ any restaurant can have a bad day. But all 3 times for it to be awful is just disrespectful. better off getting ANYTHING from the deli (Greene bites) next door- then this. Even if it's free. Yuck

Ok little spot down the street from me. I really have only had their salads but they are pretty good. Chicken and fish are always fresh. I usually just get the food delivered to me and it's fresh they make it after you order.
There is no Where is tomatoes onions nor ketchup. This is my Order from delivery Highly upset fries are soggy The mash potato had no gravy on it!the food is so bland it taste like all they did was boil potatoes and then smashed it no salt no nothing added!! The chicken is so DRY NO FLAVOR AND THE BEEF RIB Doesn't even taste like it was ever seasoned or marinated it all you say is is the barbecue sauce So sad! This is the WORST FOOD I've ever HAD!

This used to be one of my favorite Brooklyn spots but after the food and the service I received this Monday I will never return. The chicken was inedible with all the salt they put on it. When I asked for a different piece of chicken, the cook was extremely rude. He said all the chicken would be the same to which I then asked for my money back. He then threw the chicken on the plate and slammed it on the counter. I decided to leave because his entire behavior was disgusting and just unprofessional. The entire experience was horrible and especially for such crappy food.

Walked I. Here omw home from work. Was gonna get my usual burger and fries. Tried something different the char boiled chicken with pita bread, rice and BBQ sauce on the side. Bloody Phenomenal. Don't pass this place up. Tons of great options.
