The dish was a culinary masterpiece, and Sergei is the maestro of the dining room etiquette and protocol. Visiting the "Hot Potato" is an exercise in dining as it should be -- lavished with attention and treated to exquisite dishes.

Food was decent. Nothing spectacular, but had all the right flavors for folks looking for a taste of "the old country." Potatoes, as expected, were excellent.
Staff was friendly, if a bit overwhelmed.
