Worst service ever from Juliet, truly mean person, extremely negative energy, seems like she hates her job, went last night, bar and cocktails we’re good but the service here really needs to change I’ve been a couple times to give it a chance but now me and my friends are definitely never coming back

If I could give this place half a star, that would be the most appropriate rating. The bartender was not only extremely rude but also seemed to lack fundamental communication skills. During a work dinner with some colleagues, it was unfortunately disheartening to endure such passive aggressive behavior and, at times, disorganization from the staff. We spent over $700 for a party of six, and this experience has definitely led us to seek dining options elsewhere. It’s a shame, as we had high hopes for our evening.

This is hands down the worst bar in Brooklyn! The service is abysmal, and there's a guy who just loiters around, staring at patrons in an incredibly rude manner. I won't be coming back I truly regret not choosing a better place to spend my hard-earned money.

I stumbled upon Hotel Delmano spontaneously and really enjoyed the music and the overall vibe. Unfortunately, the service fell short — that classic New York “friendliness,” where it feels like they’re doing you a favor by serving you, couldn’t be more obvious here. It’s a shame, because the bar itself has so much potential.

We (2 of us) showed up at around 1030 on a Friday August 15, 2025. Tall white guy who was the host stood outside. We asked for a table for two. He told us to sit down and wait 10-15 mins. We sat right in front of him. More people came after us and sat next to us waiting for their table. The people who sat next to us and came after us got seated before us. 2-3 groups of 2 people each who got there after us got seated BEFORE us.
He was not confused and he knew where we were sitting. It was a Blatant disregard of our patronage, Failure to serve and seat us, and Piss poor customer service.
