Disaster of the disasters . I have come here many times the first 2 times where great they were on top of their game . Every time after that was crap. Once the food came out cold was sitting on their counter for 30 min before making it to my table bagel was dry nasty never got our coffee. Another time place was dead empty she offered us table by door saying everything is reserved. When we sat down the entire table was broken shaking everything was falling over and when I asked if they can atleast fix it they told me no. Very bad experiences horrible service the owner use to be around and helpful now there was no one to even talk to the hostess is not the friendliest and acts like she’s doing you a favor by even speaking to you .

House of Bagels never disappoints! I ordered the lox and cream cheese today and it was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. You can really taste the quality in every bite. They consistently have the best food, and everything always tastes fresh. I also love the Israeli vibe there it feels welcoming, lively, and authentic. Definitely one of my favorite spots. I’ll keep coming back!

My husband ordered a ceaser salad with small dressing on the side along with another entrée. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect, but he didn’t mind and ate it anyway. The ceaser salad itself was stale and lacked flavor. When I called to share this feedback, the person I spoke with was dismissive and insisted that I was mistaken rather than addressing the concern. Overall, the food and customer service were disappointing. I was instructed to return to the store and show it to her, rather than having the concern addressed over the phone and Considering I live far, this became so inconvenient. For the price we payed, we expected better quality and service

This is my 1st time coming here.the service ii received was impeccable. My server, Cesar greeted me with a smile. Checked on our table to make sure everything was ok and to our liking. My pancakes was nice and fluffy. The store was clean as well as the bathrooms. 100% recommendation

Hands down, House of Bagels in Mill Basin is one of the best kosher brunch spots in Brooklyn! I had the Shakshuka Plate, perfectly spiced and rich, and the Avocado Toast on Sourdough with a Soft-Boiled Egg, creamy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Chef’s kiss 👌👌 Highly recommend the hot latte too — they make it perfectly every time. The place is super clean, well-kept, and has a chill vibe. Bonus: the owners are the sweetest people 🥹
