My favorite go to Chinese restaurant in Brooklyn. I haven't been here in about 5 years as I relocated outside of NY.
I returned to order my favorites and was not disappointed. The food was hot, fresh, not salty like other restaurants, and we all ate like we were going to the electric chair.
I do recommend the Peking Duck, a little greasy, which is normal for duck, but so delicious.
The Pork Chop Peking Style was on the money, how I have missed this sauce and the tender chops.
The Walnut Shrimp was huge, and the fruity sauce was perfection.
I also ordered the Beef Chow Fun, a little greasy but overall, very good.
If you are looking for a Chinese Restaurant for seafood, this is the place!
Take a walk into the rear of the restaurant where the fish tanks are, they will take a fresh fish, lobster, crab, eel, whatever you want and cook it. What is fresher than that?
If you like dim sum, get here early as when I arrived in mid afternoon, after 3pm, everything was gone...
They also have roast pork, roast pig, chicken, soy sauce chicken, duck, and spare ribs in the front hanging on display.

The most unpalatable Chinese food I have eaten in recent years, the black pepper beef tenderloin smelled of chocolate, the bean curd and mutton belly and bean curd had a musty smell, and the stir-fried green beans were neither dry nor stir-fried at all. No wonder there were no customers at the table.
The service was very good, and the prices were very reasonable, but unfortunately, the beef tripe, shrimp dumplings, and pepper pork belly were not fresh.

Went to eat with my family. The food was very good. Unfortunately, the eel rice was a bit bland, but the texture was the best I have ever tasted, bar none. The waiter's attitude was very good.

It tastes very good and the ingredients are fresh. Halfway through the meal, I found someone at the next table was having a birthday party. The atmosphere was good. We didn't go home until very late.

The restaurant is very traditional, with traditional decoration and the most traditional way of ordering: the waiter pushes a cart with dishes on it, so if you want, just take a plate yourself
I have been buying here for many years and have been buying here regularly for 5 years. Today is the first time I have encountered this situation. Today I ordered a bitter melon pork ribs rice. When I almost ate it, I found that there was a stone so big in it that it almost exploded. I had three teeth implanted last year. Fortunately, I was careful?. Fortunately, I am fine today?. Such large black stones are very dangerous in the bitter melon and pork ribs rice. I hope the boss will tell the chef to see clearly in the future?

20240115::canto a plus. got my usual what don ngow yuuk faan(beef in egg swirl, or beef in lobster sauce), taste is about 8/10. but for $9, it goes to 7/10. inflation is a bee-aach. also got a fried fish with fried tofu for $22(damm). tasted pretty good. they say, eating rent.
So far so good
