I dined in and paid with card. I was pulling out my cash to pay a tip and was rudely told by the female cashier that I did not pay a tip so I cannot dine in mind you as I was pulling out my cash. She told me she will make the order to go. I left the tip in cash but I will not be back.

This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in the downtown Brooklyn area. They have a few tables but unfortunately there's no restroom. They have a great lunch menu selection which consists of a large meal for their price point. I've tried a few of the lunch menu options and my favorite by far is the red curry, for my love of eggplants and spiciness. The tofu pop is also a fun appetizer to snack on and their side soup is also delicious. Recently they've changed some of their menu choices including the lunch menu and have removed some other dishes that were great too. The prices have gone up a bit as well hence why some items were removed. Overall friendly staff, accommodating and great food.

Pretty happy with this order. The portion wasn’t enormous (usually when I get Thai I have leftovers, but not with this). Still the food was tasty, the order was correct, and I am happy with it. The eggplant basil could have had a little more basil for my taste. Would order here again.

Solid takeout food. No frills. Amazing place to eat by yourself when you want low maintenance Thai food. Even when you dine in, they serve it to you in take-away containers so you can bring it home easily. No wait staff. Brilliant concept. Really no place like it for this purpose.

I like the crispy pork basil here the most. I ordered the spicy authentic Thai style. When eaten with iced Thai tea, it's a really good match.

Found a big piece of metal in my food that could have easily seriously damage my throat and stomach. Will not be ordering again from this place.

I have ordered from Huge Thai many times - the food is good. However, tonight I placed an order online and did not leave a tip on the card because I had some cash and wanted to tip my delivery person directly, as I always try to do when I have cash on hand. The restaurant called me moments after placing my order and demanded to charge a tip on my card. When I expressed I preferred to tip my delivery person in cash directly, the restaurant hung up on me, and then canceled my order. When I called back, they told me their "policy" is to only accept tips by card, and apparently they won't deliver your food if you don't tip before even receiving it. This restaurant is clearly stealing tips from their delivery people. Unfortunately, as this restaurant is taking advantage of its delivery people, I can no longer support this establishment. There are many other Thai places in the neighborhood who treat their staff with respect.

Customer service was great, young guy behind the counter was so nice. Got the Kao Nar Moo Dang Moo Krob (pork 3 ways over rice) which was suuuuper delish, the chicken curry puffs, grrrrrreat! and the green curry with chicken which was 'good'. Nice price point. Medium spicy is on the spicier side of

The food is pretty decent and is usually prepared quickly. However, one of the women who takes the orders is rather rude. I stood at the counter waiting to order for quite a few moments before she even acknowledged me. Then while taking the order, her demeanor was kind of cold. She just seemed distracted and mildly annoyed. The other woman I often see, by contrast, is very pleasant and welcoming. So all is not lost.

Originally tried to go to the place across the street but as Asians my family hates when restaurants group cuisines from different countries together like they are the same thing. Feels super fake. This place was authentic, and genuinely the BEST Thai food I've had since coming to the states, maybe ever. Service was so fast and food is well priced. Highly recommend!

The food is really good but the lady on the counter is really unkind and nothing friendly. I tried to decide my order, but she was so really rough and impatient.
