Randomly passed by as I was in the area for work. Figured why not. Probably top 5 chicken tacos in my life, and I'm an LA street taco expert. She cooked it fresh right there. Got three heavily loaded soft tacos and a Jarritos for $16, which is a deal these days. I'll be coming back for sure! OK, if you were dining in it's exactly what an actual native New Yorker would expect. Any whiners... welcome to NYC, hope your stay is enjoyable. ?‍♂️

After getting my order today, I remembered why I stopped ordering from them.1- the food looks nice BUT IS FRESH. NO TYPE OF SEASONING WHATSOEVER, not even some salt.2- their prices are all over the place. I called to place an over the phone based on their prices on google. Everything was $3-$4 more. When I asked why, I was told the prices on google is old. OK, so update it then.3- I’ve never eaten there but it’s so small inside who’d wanna. Now I have $25 worth of food I bought for lunch that I will no go home and recook and add some seasoning. I mean ITS FRESH.They didn’t even give me a container of sour cream. Just a jar of hot so, like tf I’m supposed to do with that. There’s no dish I’d recommend, I’d suggest Dos Toros Williamsburg.

man i’m all for supporting local small businesses, i’ve been coming here for literally years like 7 years. but the prices just got so expensive. a plate of hot food from the buffet used to be 7$ then 9$ then 11$ during covid, now it’s 13$? I think today might be my last time going. I swear they charge the construction workers that swing by and regular neighborhood people different prices. 13$ for a plate of pre prepared buffet style hot food is crazy. it’s good, but certainly not 13$ good. OH and on top of all of that they charge extra for tiny little containers of hot sauce that are standard at ANY mexican take out joint. Come on guys, you lost a customer of 7 years. Save your money and head over to taste of heaven.

Went here for lunch because it was close to work. I got the standard rice, beans and chicken with a drink. Food tasted ok but it was way too expensive and the serving size was puny. Upon finishing the meal I had to go to another restaurant to get something else to supplement the meager meal. It was my second time visiting this establishment. The first time there I ordered a burrito which tasted bland and I had to wait a long time, even though the place was empty, and the price was expensive. I should have learned my lesson the first time. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area which provide good food in satisfying quantities at a reasonable price. The servers here are not very friendly and have either a puss on their face or display disinterested expressions.

Had an incredible brunch here with outstanding service. Definitely a hidden gem. The chilaquiles were perfect, tasted like real Mexican home-style cooking. We also got a taste of the ceviche and it was amazing - perfectly simple and super fresh. This place does the little things that make the biggest difference - like offering homemade tortilla chips that are thicker and crisper than typical restaurant-style chips. Salsas are made in-house and were delicious. Best Mexican food I've had in Greenpoint/Williamsburg, give it a shot.

Eleni’s is a classic Greek restaurant. The staff are the best part of the restaurant with how friendly and funny they are. The menu isextensive with options for everyone. Outdoor seating is really cute too. A bit pricey but large portioned meals. The owners and most ifnot all of the staff are from Greece. The food is super as are the beverages. The staff is really accommodating. My elderly father and Ididn't have reservations on a busy night and because they didn't want him to have to stand they used one of their prime tables for just thetwo of us. I have been multiple times in the experiences always great!Go for the pre-fixe lunch! We enjoyed a 3 course meal and it was lovelier than I had ever expected! Super fresh, authentic, and our waitresseswere super kind and hospitable. Everything about our experience was amazing, especially considering the lunch was only $30.We enjoyed the harouki (a traditional tomato based Greek salad) to start, which came with pita bread and hummus unexpectedly. For our mains,I had a branzino (very well prepared!), my boyfriend had the shrimp pasta (the sauce was delicious), and we had a sampler of desserts.Their outdoor setup is gorgeous. Would highly recommend the outdoor area on 3rd Ave (covered), as it’s beautiful on a sunny afternoon. Theinside is lovely too

I gave the chef one compliment about how nice he made my breakfast, WHY did I do that! The 3x after that, the eggs were a mess the bagel was old, the bacon ? was fatty and greasy. I complained however it never changed so I stopped going there. The servers are not very friendly either.

After seeing this place had good reveiws and I was working in the area I decided to give it a shot, so I arrived and ordered, the workers behind the counter were female and pretty friendly, the steak quesadilla I ordered was fresh and tasty, my only complaints were 2 minor ones, it's very hot inside the store, and I felt the quesadilla was a bit on the smaller side, other than that worth checking out if your nearby
