Food was delicious, we especially liked the chips + guac and corn appetizers. Vibe was fine, music was fine upon entry but cranked up half way through our meal for no apparent reason. Server didn't ask if we wanted a salted rim (we always assume a margarita will include??). On our second round we requested a tahin rim after we noticed other patrons with it. Bartender was making out with her boyfriend as we were on our way out and that was weird. We would return for the food and can overlook the other things because it really was delish.

The flavor of the food here is really awesome, I have visited other Mexican places in the area, but this is for much of my new favorite. Everything was fresh and well seasoned, and the attention was perfect. Their staff is friendly. Highly recommend.

We had a traditional margarita and it was AMAZING. Special mention to the house's spicy tequila with ranchero chili, very rich in flavor. Melissa's attention was very kind, helpful and pleasant. We will definitely return to try the food. Thanks Melissa.

The restaurant owners are extremely disrespectful to their Greenpoint neighbors and are constantly blasting music as if the neighborhood is their own personal block party. Living nearby, you not only hear the music through noise-canceling headphones, it shakes the entire apartment. Trying to call or speak to the owners is a lost cause - after asking politely to turn down the music, they hang up on you or literally close the door in your face (this has happened on more than one occasion). Majority of the time, there’s hardly any customers in there yet they still feel the need to blast music full volume no matter the time or day of the week - it’s happened weeknights until 1-2 in the morning, weekends in the early afternoon or a Sunday evening like tonight when they should be respecting their neighbors’ quiet hours. Including a video with this review to show what a typical evening is like for those who unfortunately are stuck living on the same block as this place.

The food was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and fresh. Melissa, my server, provided outstanding service! I was referred by a friend and came in for the happy hour. The hibiscus margarita, chicken burrito, and corn cobs were all exceptional. I can't wait to come back! Food $ was on point too. Thanks guys ?
