I was constantly reminded why the convenience is not worth paying for because their to go coffee leaks all the time. They fill up the coffee too full so it’s difficult to walk around, and their caps are too loose so once every few coffee runs you are going to deal with coffee on your jacket, pants and hands. Do not recommend getting takeout coffee from them

Space is cozy, warm and inviting. Treats are fresh and tasty, customer service is great. Had the ice tea and Ginger Tea with croissant. Everything was great!!!

This place was terrible. All they do is pour th coffee in a cup then hand it to you. None of the makings were in the cup. When I pay for a cup of coffee i expect my coffee tastes like how I asked

I read on reddit from a former employee that the owner has registered each location as an LLC to avoid having to provide health insurance to his employees. Hope that's not true because he seems to be doing pretty well for himself.

rude uninterested unattentive staff ordered a hot drink and they didn’t call my name out so my hot drink just sat there ……….. when i did get my drink i asked the female server if she had a lid for my drink and instead of a lid being put on she just pointed and said ‘over there!’ don’t waste your time going there even has a sign about choking! what sort of coffee shop is this? awful
