Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean place. It is a small space, and there wasn't enough available seating. They made the coffee as requested.Parking: Typical NYC street parking. Find the first available spot and park your car.

On two occasions, I asked for a chocolate croissant and received a plain croissant--didn't realize it until that night when I opened the bag to eat it. When I went back the next day to inform the clerk, I was asked why I waited until the next day to return (I even brought the uneaten croissant as proof that I wasn't trying to scam them). The shop was closed when I realized I received the wrong item. For the amount of money and tips I spend, this simply isn't worth it.

Good croissants. Not sure why it was 80 degrees in there when it’s 60 outside, and they could use a hook in the bathroom and a water jug for customers. Wish there were some outlets at the counter
