There are interesting drinks on the menu, and I enjoyed my fruit based tea. I think the prices are a bit higher than some of the other local shops, but I did like the cheerful atmosphere of the store.
I Milky is usually really solid, I’ve tried a few different locations that have always come through for me, but I ordered a bunch of onigiri from this location over the weekend, and the quality is not as good as other locations. I had a shrimp tempura rice ball left over that I deconstructed to mix into fried rice, and was really disappoint to see that there was only 2-3 tiny bites of tempura. I stumbled upon this place after eating a really bad lunch. I needed a pick-me-up drink and this bubble tea turned my afternoon around. The staff were so nice and gave me a great recommendation. I got the mango green tea and it was perfect. I’m very picky about my bubble tea and have tried probably most places in NYC. This was refreshing, not too sweet and had actual fresh mango pieces and not the jarred syrupy stuff. Found my new favorite bubble tea place!!
