Ice Cream House Bedford Avenue

This is not a review. I'm just hoping others reviewers see my post and respond honestly. Is this place non-Jewish friendly? Asking for all my Afro, Asian, and Latin American.
Not trying to experience negative energy.

Lived in the neighborhood for almost 30 yrs. Never been because I never think about it till im passing by it. Which is rare. I want to try, but again. Not willing to risk experiencing negativity just because i am who I am.

I like this shop because of their seating, ice cream was amazing but cookies were a bit hard. Been here a few times

I would like to write a review, and it’s very negative! I ordered ONE scoop of ice cream at this ice cream shop in Brooklyn, and somehow the seller understood it as 4 scoops. Out of reflex, I accidentally paid for 4 scoops. I immediately realized my mistake and told him, “No, I only want one scoop!” It didn’t make any sense since I was alone — why would I order 4 scoops?

The seller canceled the order and said, "Your money will be refunded!" But, until today, I have not received any refund (it’s been over a month now). I’m from Germany, and this was in Brooklyn, New York. I find it outrageous that my money has never been refunded or transferred back. It feels like a total scam, especially if you’re not Jewish or part of their community. It seems like the seller understood that i’m not american, so he didn’t even tried to refund my money.. because I would never come back again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Never visit this shop.

Some annoying songs on the sound system, (the Church Ave location has nicer music) and children yelling at the store, but the food is top tier and dining comfortable.

A Jewish ice cream spot. They stare at non Jewish people if you eat here but the ice cream is good. The second floor has a bathroom and sink station. I like the brownie ice cream with cookie dough pieces 😋. I recommend bring your physical card to pay with the kiosk. You get a number and wait for your order on the left. They accept tap at the counter. Usually clean table. I don’t wait long for my order unless it’s busy.
