Delicious ramen but a little overpriced. You only get one choice of broth which is pork, but can customize the spice level and your toppings. The ramen was good but for the price I was hoping the portion size would be a bit bigger. Sitting at the private booths was also a really nice and unique experience, I highly recommend.

You can get a refill for just a few dollars, but make sure to save some of the soup for that. Ramen firmness and broth spiciness level can be customized while ordering. Staff usually provide a clothing basket to stow away jackets underneath the table to keep aromas from tainting clothing. Def recommend bringing friends or even a date to this place during midday as there is not much of a wait and the atmosphere is more intimate!

Best Tonkotsu ramen Ive had in Brooklyn. Single booth dining is great for grabbing a bite after work. Love the way you can specify and customize your Ramen. Definitely makes me want to come back to develop the prefect Tonkotsu.
