The worst experience ever at this place. The place was empty, there were only six waiters, and no one was paying attention. Some were on their phones, others were drinking their coffee, and others were just doing nothing. The customer service was terrible. I don't think I'll ever go back to this place.

I had a great server, although dhe was very inconvenienced by being the only one essentially. So my service wasnt an issue But I notice this location tends to be very understaffed and usually this is a common experience. Makes it difficult to be properly addressed here. Thats a management issue not necessarily an IHOP issue

The server was working alone so we had to give him grace. My food was unfortunately barely warm and even after asking for him to microwave it a little bit, it was still not hot. I was hungry though.

The food was overcooked. T-bone steak tasted like liver. The chicken tenders were burnt and dry, the place was empty but we only saw the waiter once but the gratuity was already on the receipt so that made sense. The worst location ever, just don’t go here!
