Decided not to cook this morning & thought it would be a good idea to visit here. Well was I wrong!! We arrived & it was a wait time to be seated, which is fine. We then get seated WITHOUT MENUS. Other customers who came in after us have already ordered and got their meals. It took 20 minutes to get a menu. As we are placing our order our hostess didn’t even write anything down. It took an additional 30 minutes & kids starting to fall asleep at the table for our food to start coming out. NO DRINKS, NO SILVERWARE, NO NAPKINS! The children had to start eating with their hands for 5 minutes before anyone bought out silverware. My food still has yet to come. The server comes to ask me ( with plate in hand) am I waiting on pancakes that I never order. I tell her no I ordered a meal that didn’t include pancakes because I do not eat them. She walks off with an attitude & says she’ll be right back. She comes back with the 2 missing orders that are still missing drinks. As my mom starts to eat her food BOOM there are hairs in her food!! We immediately asked for the manager who gave a nonchalant attitude. After that it was time to pack up & leave. This has been the worse experience. The costumer service here sucks & health codes were violated! There was only one person who conducted themselves like they worked at a business & he was a busser (who ultimately got the tip) Everyone else either didn’t want to be there or just didn’t care! There are a lot of areas to work on at this location!!

the service was just terrible the service ignored us and had us wait forever just to pay the bill half the time she was sitting down gossiping with her coworkers and flirting with men who walked i would come here all the time going up since when did i hop pick lazy people to work

the service was horrible, workers arguing with each other and meeting up for personal conversations right in front of you. Sitting around on their phones and having you wait at least 30 minutes just to leave because they’re too busy running their mouths.

This particular sight has seen better days. It's decrepit and the person who helped me was very arrogant, rude, and confrontational. They include the tip in the bill, even if you do takeout. Why do i need to tip for takeout. They will never get my money again.

If you own a business have the correct hours! Stopped by on 2/9/25 at 2am and hours said 24 hours open. It was not.

I went to have breakfast a few days ago, and from the very first minute, everything went wrong. The way the employee seated us at our table was done with a terrible attitude. We waited about 5 minutes to be attended to and around 20 minutes to receive two simple omelets. The service was awful, but the worst part was that the waitress who was “serving” us walked right past our table and burped without any decency. It was so disgusting that we were about to get up and leave.

On top of all this, we saw how they treated elderly people. I would like to think it wasn’t due to racism, but I fear that was the reason, as these individuals spoke Spanish. One of the employees spoke to them from a distance, rudely signaling for them to come over and yelling at them.

Overall, this was the worst IHOP experience ever. I will never return to this place, and I would definitely not recommend it. The staff is terrible.

Dined in and Waited unnecessarily long for what I ordered to see everyone coming in after me order and get their food. By the time my food came I was ready to go and asked for a container. Paid $45 for basically takeout. Servers need to be more attentive

Oh, I just ordered a burger—no big deal, right? I mean, who doesn’t enjoy waiting half an hour for a simple meal? I stroll in at 10:56, and by the time my gourmet delight arrives, it’s 11:20 or maybe later. But hey, who needs timely service when you can have an extended wait for a burger? Truly, the suspense is just delightful.

The staff is always professional. Wait times vary so make sure your phone is charged or that you have a back up charger if you're dining in.

If you are or were a Dasher like I was they always greet and treated me with respect. Order completion depending on the size was never absurdly long.

Overall, it's a great franchise.

The worst IHOP I've been to. I would avoid and pick a different one. You wait foreverrr, once you're seated, you again wait foreverr for a server. (It wasn't even that busy) We got poor service from rude staff who worked super slow. Small portions compared to other ihops. The iced coffee was disgusting. And there was hair in my food... Way to go IHOP.
