I have been to many iHOPs and know what to expect. This one was a mixed bag. You go in and there is a booth and a sign: Please wait to be seated, The guy in the booth was on the phone. For 15 minutes. I think someone had called in to order takeout and the caller didn't know know what he wanted or what the restaurant had. He had apparently had never heard of this new Internet thingie and how it lists restaurant menus! The guy in the booth just ignored me and I stood there for 15 minutes. The place was empty, so I just decided to seat myself. The waitress scowled at me for just seating myself. Not a great start. That's when the review went from 4 stars to 2 stars. The food is the same as every other iHOP. They have pancakes, French toast, eggs, etc. It is simple, but pretty good and the portions are substantial. But this particular location needs a refresher course in customer service.
Okay meal but was $70 for 2 people. Very pricey for okay food. Staff were lovely though.

I give it 1 star because I can't give it 0. The service was quite bad, the waitress brought the order wrong and finally the cleanliness of the place and bathrooms is not pleasant at all. If a health visit came, they would surely close the restaurant.

They need to work on customer service, the server was nice, always trying to help, but the blond miss was rude and turned our dinner into an unpleasant experience.

I come here in once in a while because I want to sit and get a coffee and something to nibble on in a diner like setting after work. Around three times in the past year, I show up and get turned away because the staff are short and are not seating - in their typical seating hours. Valentine's Day and there's one server, one cook, and the coffee pot is broken. This is not on the manager or the workers, they're great, but whoever is staffing needs to quit because this is atrocious. This location shouldn't be treated like this. Nor should managers have to clock in after they are cut to help.

The diner was moderately to severely empty due to us going at night. The server seemed to have had a bad day, so we tried not to take it personal. However, we said we’d hold a menu just in case and later took it as if we were done. She brought us the bill with our milkshake, which came off rushed and rude. Despite us minding our business and her being on her phone, she seemed to be watching us and it made me uneasy. We used our account/coins rewards for an omelette to pay, but the server told us it was expired since November. Which was complete lies. She didn’t even allow us to gather our things and leave before coming between us to take the receipt and tip. Not coming back here.

I went to this location for a senior brunch celebration. When we got in we were seated fine and there wasn't any problems. They passed out the drinks and both and my boyfriend had gotten a vanilla shake. When we both sipped the drink we got this sour and tangy taste to it. We asked for 2 other milkshakes and we were given to replacements. The first 2 sips were fine but then the milkshake started to taste tangy again. We almost felt like due to the fact we were a big group of people they tried to cut corners hoping no one would notice. We were a little upset that out milkshakes were bad but the food was decent and it was normal. Overall we probably would have had more fun if we weren't served spoiled milkshakes twice...

At first I came in and no one addressed me but then they noticed I had been sitting there and asked me if I was okay or needed anything. They were very helpful

The waitresses can only do so much if their kitchen is mediocre and they are understaffed.

As you can see I paid way too much for what I got. Now I see why the place was empty.
I will tip the server . But I will never set foot in here again.
