This was the worst national pancake day at this location I ever experienced. They do not allow you to tKe your food if you do not finish it or if you don't want to eat it at the moment. I took my son but I didn't want to eat at the moment. I ordered drinks and bacon, so technically, I'm dining. When ready to leave, they did not want to give takeaway away bowls. So you would rather throw away food than allow someone to take it home. Yet your receipt asks for donations to feed America. Where does that make any sense. My son sat and ate so someone did dine in. This made absolutely no sense whatsoever, and food went to waste. You want to feed America but have no issue throwing away food. Yea ok, at this point where arr the donations really going. Horrible experience to say the least

Closed early “due to weather” more than two hours early (I arrived around 9:30 and they’re closing time is 10) with no notice, even when this location has personal instagram. Paid for a car all the way out here for them not to be open. It did snow, yes, but it wasn’t so bad that required them to close before 10 PM. It was regular snow; otherwise I would not be outside. Other patrons arrived too, only to be told that they were closed. Waste of time. One employee suggest they needed to lock the door. If the snow is so bad that you need to close early, why make people stand outside in the cold?

My family and I frequently visited this location and it's a new experience every time. I asked for ice coffee carmel latte she said they don't have of any kind but yet still I was there last Thursday n got it .. I said I need the same as what the others were having (strawberry lemonade)but somehow our waitress brought plain lemonade for me. She wasn't welcoming, no smile, it was like she didn't want to be there( probably it's that time of the month) anyhow. My taco was bland n soggy, fries were oil soak, cold n salty.

This IHOP is better than the one on Ralph Avenue. It's bigger, it has more seating, the staff is friendlier, and they actually have different flavored syrups, which is the main reason I even go lol. The food was good, will definitely be back.

IMO the food in the IHOP on Flatlands Ave is somewhat better than the one in Georgetown. Otherwise the meals were decent and fairly tasty.
