I’ve been going to this IHOP location since they opened First year breakfast delicious but last few months even if it’s early not at all crowded pancakes never warm barely at room temperature unfortunately omelette should be hot not cold sadly was looking so forward to it Until owner, managers do not prioritize the kitchen staff to improve quality of making sure all meals are served “HOT” from your kitchen to customers table you will start in losing regular local customers

Im gonna start by saying the waitress got annoyed when I told her u gave wrong order n then came back with a empty plate so I can remove the bacon off my plate so she can replace it with sausage...awkward..unprofessional.. Then I ask her for extra napkins since the only napkin we had was the one covering utensils..smh.. Was not happy with her service not once came by to ask if we need it anything else.. am service no bueno.. took her time ..

Hair in my pancakes…. I didnt make a fuss nor did i complain when they didnt take it off my bill and only discounted 20 percent off the item YET the waiter felt the need to tell my boyfriend that the cook was bald.. What exactly was he implying that i put the hair there!!!! WORST SERVE EVER. Paid out bill even TIPPED him and left.

Food quality, service, atmosphere became like some kind of eatery of the months. Steak was barely chewable. Good thing - a lot of space and not expensive, but mediocre or less. Parking is there.
