I come here a couple times a month since the opening and food and service been amazing, but it seems this past year everytime I have came service has been getting worst each time I come, today was the reason I had to write a review, took over 10 minutes to even be greeted at the table after asking 3 servers for help and all I get is I’ll look for a server for you. 3 tables sat after me and got their food before I even spoke to anyone and I love coming here but each time I come it gets more embarrassing than the next. I literally had to ask for my drinks otherwise it wouldnt have came, I had to go pay myself out as well, this interaction just makes me never want to step foot in there because I’m wary the next time I come it will be even wordy, only compatible server I’ve had there was the young female she deserves a raise.

I recently visited a local IHOP, and while it's a franchise, this specific location truly sets itself apart. We arrived on a Sunday evening around 7 PM, a party of 16 people with no reservation and several kids in tow. I was amazed at how they were able to accommodate us so quickly and seamlessly—a true testament to their great service.
I ordered the steak tips, and they were absolutely perfect—tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. My friend, however, ordered the T-bone steak and was a bit disappointed, finding it not up to the same standard. Still, with such a large group, a minor inconsistency is understandable.
The service, overall, was fantastic. Our server was attentive and handled our large, boisterous group with ease and a great attitude. There were no complaints whatsoever about the service.

It was my first time visiting this IHOP with my family and it was pretty busy, but the service was good. Even with the crowd, our food came out quickly. About a 15 minutes wait, we did order a lot. We went in the afternoon and the menu had so many choices that I couldn't decide between breakfast or lunch. Overall, I had a really nice time with my family and enjoyed the food. No complaints for this IHOP.

I can’t even put a price on the food because we never received said food, wasn’t even sure if food existed in that place. People are going there for graduation breakfasts, I went in at 11:50 AM, waited 20 minutes to be seated, we got our orders taken at 12:20, we waited, and waited, and waited, I then asked a worker how much longer until we get our food, he completely ignored me, this was around 12:55, then we waited for another 30 minutes, still no food, and our original waiter that took our orders was nowhere to be seen. We left at 1:40 with nothing, not even a crumb of food in our stomachs. Don’t ever come here, even if you are patient enough to wait 2 hours for absolutely nothing, it was sad to see even the parents of graduates complaining, no one should ever have to complain on what should be a happy day for the entire family. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT COME TO THIS IHOP GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT.
We visited a newly opened, immaculately clean IHOP location for breakfast and had a surprisingly good meal. The pancakes—both blueberry and buttermilk—were soft and fluffy. The hash browns were perfectly crisped, and eggs were cooked to order. The Bananas Foster French Toast was indulgent and flavorful.
Service was friendly and efficient, and the coffee was better than expected. While IHOP isn’t a unique NYC experience, it’s a dependable stop that delivers exactly what it promises: hearty, satisfying diner-style breakfasts.
Dependable IHOP. Always great foods good clean restaurant.
Went for breakfast. I forgot my sunglasses on table walked back to retrieve item and saw the couple next to our table and she informed me they gave it to waitress. Asked waitress and she gave to front desk register. Ask register and they claim they claim they don't have any glasses ask waitress again and walked with her to register and she was able to locate it on another register persons hand and that person was standing next to person that I asked earlier. Very sketchy so be careful if you leave something on table.

Foods good! I can't complain. Its what youre expecting from ihop. They have impossible options for people eating halal, like me so that's always a thumbs up! Service is great, they're very sweet and attentive. Two people eating a bunch and we still took stuff home, $70 in total w tip included
