Every thing it was absolutely perfect . I met the manager Pasquale very good person, after I met the “ maestro della pizza “ Antonio absolutely the best Italian pizza on Brooklyn

The staff could not be more professional the manager always greets customers and helps the staff because the restaurant is always busy no one rushes you food portions are generous and fresh and the wine pours and martinis are full not stingy your practically seated on time always also but a reservation especially saturdays are required

Went there for the first time on Friday nite. The girl who answered the phone obviously never learned how to tell time. We wanted a 630 reservation n she says I can only push u up to 715. I said u mean push me back. Ur not pushing me up if ur making me go there later !!! And nasty as hell. Then we get there at 7 pm n they tell us no table till 8 pm. I’m like u just made me come at 7 for a 715 reservation n now ur gonna make me wait another hour ?? Well we waited n it was the biggest mistake of my life. The service was horrendous, the food was undercooked , and the portions were skimpy. Definitely off of my go to places from now on !!!

Was just here on Friday with a party of 10. Food was excellent as always as well as the drinks. Bartenders were great and very friendly. Our waiter Antonio was great but seemed a tad skiddish. Overall 10/10 will always love this place and will definitely come back.

What an Amazing Experience.. Visited for the first time after strolling the 18th Ave Feast.. We entered with No reservations and was Greeted as if we were Family.. The waiter as well as the bus service were top notch!! We started with the Grilled Octopus which was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️... A Very Generous Portion. Followed by two different Veal dishes which was mouth watering delicious... 😋 with plenty of wine..... and cocktails for me and a little gelato to finish the meal .. They also had entertainment singing Italian 🇮🇹 music.. Just Perfect 😍.. I can't wait to bring others for the Awesome Experience.. Thank You

I ordered from this restaurant on Sunday, August 17th, and they forgot to send the two desserts. I called right away and was told a manager would contact me shortly. Two hours later, no call — so I called back. This wasn’t the first mistake either; they had messed up my order the week before.

Instead of resolving it, the staff told me the manager was too busy and suggested waiting until the next day. I pushed back, gave my credit card number, and was told the refund would be processed right away. However, Toast customer support confirmed that if a refund or void had actually been processed, I would have seen it on my receipt immediately. Nothing ever appeared, proving the restaurant never followed through.

By Tuesday, I called again only to be met with excuses and dismissiveness. I was told refunds are some “long process,” when in reality it’s a simple void for two missing items. By Thursday, still no refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they wasted my time and tried to brush me off.

At this point, it’s not even about the money — it’s about how little they value their customers. In the end, I had to file a dispute with my bank just to get back what I paid for and never received. Terrible service and dishonesty.

In a way I don't want to leave a great review because it will be harder to get my reservation 😀.
But it is great, mostly traditional dishes, all delicious. One of the few Gems left in Bensonhurst. ,👍👍👍

We love Colosseo for both dine-in and take-out. The food is always outstandingly delicious.
This review is specifically for a private party we had there last month. It was for my baby shower, which was the perfect day. Pasquale handled all of the planning and logistics from the start and was also there on the day of the event to make sure everything ran smoothly. He and Antonio took care of our party and made it the most memorable event. Thank you so much for a beautiful day! 🩵🧸
