Came here on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was busy. The restaurant was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations. There’s two dining areas. We were seated outside of the main dining area. We made a reservation. The table was ready for us but there was no staff/hostess and the bartender was on the phone. We saw three staffs and all greeted us but none of them asked if we needed help. We had a party of 7 and everybody was there standing by the door waiting.

The restaurant is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn and was established in 1991. They prepare Italian cuisine. Tables are available for customers to dine in with servers. 🍲 Soup, salads 🥗, appetizers, pasta, sides, pizza, entrees, desserts and beverages are options. Nothing is consistent. I ordered a veal to go. What is this. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years. I’ve ordered this specific dish many times and this never how it’s presented weather it’s to stay or to go. Disappointment. Otherwise the service is fantastic and the dishes themselves are excellent. Hopefully this is a one off. I’m happy to update my review in the future if this doesn’t repeat.
