BUYER BEWARE!!!! This location has closed and the phone number provided by google led me to someone that over charged us for food ($90 with tip) and rather than feed our family it was roughly enough to feed 2-3 people. They are now calling themselves "A Taste of India". It is a shame that we tried to support a NY business during this covid crisis and got screwed. Google needs to remove this fraudulent phone number pretending to be India's Curry!

Watered-Down, not creamy whatsoever definitely lacking flavor... This was made like here we just add some seasoning-mix, add some boiling water, and boom throw some meat. The flavor literally taste like if it soup like a ramen noodle soup. I paid $21 dollars for this? I'm out of my mind once again... This is garbage food, and this is not chicken tiki masala it's the WORST I EVER HAD. Yet it took awhile for the food to come like always...never on time. I only order here because it was the only Indian food at my location that was actually open and yet I regret it again. DEFINITELY MY LAST TIME. Looks like they changed the name too from "India's Curry" to "Taste of India." But be aware it's the Same place, same chefs, that don't know what they're doing.

Poor service, only good thing is that your table will be exclusively served as no one comes here to eat.

Was a little nervous about my order after seeing all of the recent negative reviews but the food was great! Delivery took 90 minutes but at least the driver notified me ahead of time. Portions were smaller than expected but tasty nonetheless. Tried to call restaurant and the number was not working!! A lot went wrong but the food was so good I give 4 stars anyway!!

Not fresh and really bad overpriced food. The chicken tikka masala and rice came out to $14 and they give you a tiny container, not to mention it doesn’t even taste good. The vegetable aloo gobi is flavorless as well. They also give really small portions, less food I had to throw out at least. The basmati rice tasted like it was made two days ago and had a really strange taste, it was inedible. How do you mess up white rice? The lentil soup also tasted really bad, I never had anything like that. I’m really disappointed I spent nearly $60 and nothing tasted good at all. I ordered only an hour after they opened I don’t understand how its not fresh. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

NEW OWNERS RUINED THIS PLACE!!! The 5 star reviews were for the old indias curry-- ownership changed around July-august of 2019. Do NOT eat here-- it is horrific.

I'm not sure if this place is confused with their capability of making Indian food. I have not been to the actual restaurant. I ordered delivery one night because I was craving some Indian food. The delivery took over estimated time. The order took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. When the food arrived, it could still pass as lukewarm. The Chicken Tikka Masala was the worst I've ever had. The sauce was very bland. And the chicken? Dry as cardboard. The "basmati rice" was terrible, like some fake Chinese fried rice. Where's my actual aromatic long grained basmati rice? The lamb biryani's flavors were so off balance. Lack tons of flavor but you will taste the hot spice flavor and oil for sure. Again, the rice was very underwhelming and clumpy. There was a decent amount of dry lamb pieces. Overall, I'm so disappointed with their lack of quality. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking the bad reviews were just fake but no, they were a clear warning.

I got intestinal worms after I ate two of the dishes. I realized after a week that it was no regular stomach ache and had to take antibiotics to make it go away.

Came here in the middle of the day (1:30 pm) and it wasn't even opened. Door was locked, no note on it or anything, but yelp said it should've been opened. Is there an updated hours list?

I was craving Indian food and didn't want to go all the way out to Manhattan so I decided to try India's curry with a couple other friends. I was really hoping I would enjoy this place since it was in my neighborhood, unfortunately, this place just fell short. We ordered garlic naan, lamb Tikka masala, chicken korma and butter chicken to share amongst us. The food wasn't memorable at all and fell more into the bland category. We also ordered a mango lassi that was more sour and tarty than I liked. The aesthetic of the restaurant was very plain. Little to no decor. The restaurant came off kind of clunky with an unused soda machine and empty buffet trays in the front of the restaurant. I don't want to give just 1 star because the service wasn't bad. My server was actually quite attentive. But he didn't offer us water with our meal, which confused me. I've never been to a restaurant where basic tap water wasn't even offered When we asked for water, we got water bottles instead (which we were charged for). I wouldn't complain about the price if I were in Manhattan but for this area of Brooklyn this dinner was definitely on the pricier end.

Awful place. Do not recommend. Came on a Sunday night. Ordered the mango lassi, chicken korma, buttered chicken, and lamb tiki masala and a garlic naan. I've had my fair share of Indian food in NY and Boston. The food was mediocre and chicken was dry. No flavor to any of the food. The garlic naan was overcooked and burnt which was so different than a garlic naan I usually eat. Also asked for water and they gave us bottles and then charged us for them. Why?? Lastly they included a service charge, but there were only three of us there. Becareful when you see the bill so you do not double tip. I had a massive stomach ache the next day. Highly do not recommend this place.
