Ordered Indika House for delivery. I was honestly expected some mid-quality food due to how reasonably-priced their takeout meal deal was. But boy, was I wrong; everything was delicious, fresh, and warm.
I’ve been to some Indian places that try to hide stale / dry chicken with curry, but the meat in Indika House’s butter chicken was tender and melt-in-your-mouth. My expectations for the Aloo Tikki were also low, I’ve had places serve it like a dry, seasoned hockey puck. But Indika House’s version was crispy and flakey on the outside and soft, flavorful on the inside.
So thrilled to have another regular takeout spot added to our list!

UNMATCHED!!! Consistently incredible food. We’ve been ordering delivery from Indika House for years and the quality and flavors are always on point. They’re closed on Tuesdays and once or twice we decided to try another restaurant on that day. Never. Again. Indika House is the only way!! Keep it up!

THE BEST INDIAN FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD. I live in NYC for many years prior so I feel like I had my share of good Indian food. We popped in before going to a jazz club and it was UNREAL! The Flavor, the service, it's a no frills place. If Anthony Bourdain were alive he would probably eat here. It's dumb good!! they mainly do take out but go in and sit and chill it's a vibe the music is good I had to shazam a few songs while there

If u could give less a star review. PATHETIC is the word for their food, we order two items and they were stailed. We ordered dahi puri n fish tikka. Both were smelling and we could t raise a concern on uber eats. I’m puked after consuming their paani poori and fish was smelling too. We won’t even serve such food to stray dogs. I would never order for them again and would recommend to order instead from better Indian restaurants.

Just moved out of the area but Indika was one of my regular takeout spots in Bushwick. Excellent food and the takeout deal is large enough to serve me for two meals. From the Rogan Josh, to the Chana Masala, all solid.
