Amazing food, everything is fresh and delicious. Open late and this is always my number one go to in Brooklyn.

I placed an order for a pick up and arrived 10 minutes later to grab my order. The cashier said it would be a couple more minutes till they were finished preparing my order—I waited 40 minutes — only for the cashier to tell me that my order isn’t on the grill yet and they will make my order next.

This is a Bakery that has Spanish speaking employees. There is nothing wrong with that but they did not make me feel welcomed, when I walked in the store. The way the lady (eating and drinking) her coffee at the counter asked how can she help me was a bit aggressive. I was desperate to get a cake for my coworker and that was the only reason I went in there in the first place. The cake was so WET, my coworkers and myself HATED it.
The cake was overly sweet and just not good. The price of the cake was also outrageous for the cake to be so nasty.

10 years ago this place was good. Now it's just overpriced and subpar to other spots.in the neighborhood - - Expect long wait, high prices and bad food, from the once iconic bakery. FYI they charge $14 for a chicken sandwich. You get some frozen fries and a can of cola. Most will go in the garbage.

My daughter’s birthday was completely ruined because of them. I had always trusted them and never had a bad experience before, but this time the quality was so poor—the cream and foundation were just awful. It broke my heart to see such an important day for my little girl spoiled like this. Something so special turned into such a disappointment, and I can’t express how let down I feel.

Que tristeza porqué la comida es rica pero demasiada veces a fallado las ordenes y después ni ti ofrecen solución ni perdon.
I asked for two simple orders of cheese pupusas. These are not cheese…
And its not the first time your workers mess up an order.
Maria Ines - give me a call. Coming from a girl who lived on the block during the 90s-2000s. Fix your customer service!!!! This is not okay.

Prices are incredibly fair (especially for NYC). Just don’t expect the greatest food you’ll ever eat. Perfect for cheap eats.
Great burrito and great tasting meat but the bread on the torta is a little too thick and takes away from the flavor. The refried beans also taste a little tasteless. Besides that great food and a 10/10 jamaica.
