The restaurant is pretty big with mostly large shared tables with built-in grills. The service was attentive. The food was good but nothing memorable. The chicken wings were perfectly crispy and juicy but slightly undercooked. The cuttlefish jerky was interesting but I thought the sauce was a bit too sweet. The fish corn dog did not resemble a corn dog but was enjoyable. The bibimbap was surprisingly bland but had nice crispy rice bits and very vegetable forward which I enjoyed.

Perfect for big group gatherings. Large family style tables and sleek decor. Cocktail selection is very solid. Food does just enough with everything being a little too oily/buttery. Karaoke rooms, setup, tech and service are excellent!!

I had a wonderful experience at Insa Korean BBQ with my Blind mother. We came to enjoy their delicious food and ordered Kimchi Jjigae, Pajeon, Galbi, and K-Town Gelato — everything was absolutely delicious and well-prepared.
What made this visit extra special was the outstanding service. The waitress was so kind and helpful, taking the time to carefully explain the menu to my mother, describing each dish, and offering great recommendations. They also cooked the Galbi for us at the table since we weren’t able to do it ourselves, and it came out perfectly.
The staff was very attentive throughout our meal, making sure we had everything we needed. They even accommodated our request for a bigger table so my mother could have more space for her food and feel comfortable. The vibe and atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxing, warm, and welcoming to everyone.
I would 100% recommend this place — both for the amazing food and the genuinely thoughtful, top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

If you need a training wheel for Korean food, then this is it. But if you want authentic taste, go to K-Town. Everything I got here (Jajangmyeon, Fried Chicken, Beef BBQ) was slightly off in taste and didn’t have that typical authentic Korean flavor. Great atmosphere though!

Incredible. The best K-bbq I’ve had in Brooklyn, maybe in the entire city. The quality of ingredients is amazing. The Galbi beef…to die for. The deals on a Thursday are crazy. 20 dollars for a carafe of amazing wine are you kidding me? The refillable banchan that’s oh so fresh and stupendously flavored? Ridiculous. On top of the high quality of food, the service is top notch and super warm and welcoming. I’ll be back very soon.
