Watch out if you decide to do takeout. The Bulgogi had so much liquid, and inexplicably the restaurant decided to put it in a paper box. By the time we got home, it had leaked into all the other food boxes underneath and soaked the entire paper bag, leaving a trail of meat juice all over our floor before we realized what had happened.

So we were checked into our room early(6:45) and the music cut off abruptly at 8:45 with no way to extend it, which seemed odd since nobody needed the room after. It would have been nice to have 15 extra minutes considering how expensive the room was. Tip was added to the bill but other than people bringing us food we were not serviced in any way. So the whole experience was a little cold and impersonal. Speaking of cold, the room was FREEZING and there was no way to adjust heat. Also, karaoke level was too loud and Pearl Jam's Evenflow was NOT a song on the system.

Lorenzo was the most attentive and caring waiter/host that I have ever experienced. Would recommend anyone to come here and enjoy themselves with their entourage. 10/10 would definitely come back. (The soju is definitely very good and would recommend it to anyone.)

This is my second visit for take away, first time was for jajangmyeon for $19, which came in a tiny appetizer box, felt hungry after eating it. This time I went for the dolsat bibimbap for $22 and asked first about the portion and was informed it’s a large portion. I got home, open the medium-sized box to find 70% white rice and 30% ingredients… The food doesn’t taste authentic and quite bland. The atmosphere looks cool for bar and karaoke but can’t say the same about the food. Both times left me hangry after eating!! I’m done with this place.

Booked the karaoke for a birthday on a Friday where it says the booking is for 2 hours. It was not clear that I do not have to be there for the full 2 hours - the guy who showed us to the karaoke room was being quite rude while explaining this and in general I don't remember his name had curly hair hair and glasses. he did not come in either at the 1 hour mark to let us know we can leave if we want. that is information he told us after the 2 hours were up and was being charged for 2 hours. it is also not made clear that even if the booking is for 2 hour vs 1 hour on certain days it doesn't mean that the hourly rate won't apply to the 2 hours and that you will be charged for 2 hours. this is not written clearly anywhere on their website or emails with the karaoke booking. I felt overcharged and confused and did not enjoy that on a birthday. ended up costing us in total over $400. would've happily taken the 1 hour option vs 2 hour but again - no one made this clear before and after the booking and its not written anywhere.
