They strike the ideal balance between chewy and crispy, with a soft center that melts in your mouth. Girls night out ended up finding insomnia cookie… we heard about it but never had it before so why not right! We were there yesterday night around 2am. The cashier (Drake) was SUPER dope! We told him it was our first try and he did an amazing job recommending the cookies. Super nice, professional, and just full of good vibes. Nando who was in the back was also nice and helpful. These guys deserve a raise / some type of token of appreciation. Sometimes companies get so wrapped up in $$$$ they don’t acknowledge their great workers and end up losing them. Our experience here was nice and we will definitely be returning! Cookies were delicious. My favorite was the sugar cookie. Was nice warm and soft !
Salted Caramel is da most difficult cookie to get smh ordered an hr and a half early only too reach there and the staff continously tellin me 20 mins knowing damn well they haven't started makin them yet since the order was put in. I'm not angry abt gettin the cookies late I'm angry about not being told the truth in general that my cookies wasn't prepared from the jump.

Placed an order for a dozen cookies, I was given an ETA for delivery of 90 mins. 2hrs laters cookies were not delivered, I called for an update the staff claimed the order was ready but have no driver to deliver. Called again 30 mins later they still had no update and did not seem to care about the delay in my delivery. Ended up canceling the order.

I'm extremely frustrated with the terrible service at the Insomnia Cookies location. No matter what time of the day, month, or year, this location always takes longer than the estimated time when you order through Uber Eats. They also claim that they don't have a driver to pick up the order, which is a complete lie as the app always shows that the driver is waiting at the restaurant. I used the pick-up option on the UberEats app to ensure my office holiday party was not ruined, but when I arrived at the store at 12:30 PM, the worker told me that it would take 20 more minutes for two types of cookies to finish. I was beyond annoyed because this was enough time for the order to be prepared. The worker's customer service was appalling. They didn't address me by my name and instead referred to me as "she" to another worker. They didn't apologize for the wait or even bother to wish me a good day. I suggested that the location should call customers if they were running behind, but the worker seemed unresponsive to my feedback. Additionally, they didn't even confirm with me if the cookies were correct and instead taped the receipt to the box. This is an unacceptable practice as the customer should receive the receipt in their hand. When I expressed my grievances, the workers looked at me as if I was speaking another language. I'm utterly fed up with this location's poor communication, nonchalant attitude, and slow service (perhaps because I'm a young black woman). It's time for this location to step up its game, or it'll lose its customers.
