All I can say is WOW!!! What a wonderful business! I have personally ordered two cakes from Isabella’s Creations, and I’ve eaten 3 others at various events. All of my requests and needs were met with great communication and kindness. I can honestly say that not only were the cakes absolutely perfect appearance, but the flavors and taste of these cakes were out of this world good and these traits have remained consistent every time I’ve had the opportunity to try one of their creations. Everyone remembers the cake at an event. If you want to make sure your loved ones and guests are blown away, this is the business you want making your desserts!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

This had to have been the WORST, when I say WORST cake I've ever had in my life. I ordered an Open Bible cake with Chocolate Mousse filling. The cake looked nothing like the actual picture of the Open Bible that is on the website, I could have done a better job myself. When I cut the cake, the "Mousse" flowed out like if it were a Lava cake, it was HORRIBLE. The enitre cake was supposed have been edible, she put a sheet of paper on top of the cake with a typed out Bible Scripture, it was a JOKE. I texted Maria, I guess the owner to let her know how displeased I was and never even heard back from her. For a $200 cake at least an apology would have been nice. STAY AWAY!!!!

The dessert table was absolutely stunning and the guests enjoyed having the little treats during the party and to keep when leaving. The cake was beautiful and delicious as well!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEEE Maria she’s done a few cakes for me and she did the entire table/backdrop for my baby shower…So excited to work with her for my sons 1st birthday…Nor only is everything delicious and beautiful but she is a lovely person ❤️❤️❤️❤️some photos of my shower that occurred in June

Maria was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the perfect cake to match my son’s Cookie Monster theme. We got many compliments on the cake, which was black and white cake with Nutella buttercream. We are going to recommend her to all of our family and friends!

My husband and I decided to order a cake from here for our wedding in April this year. We got dulce de leche with fresh cut strawberries. It was the best cake we have ever had! All of our guests enjoyed it that they asked for slices to take home. I had enough cake left over to give to my immediate family and coworkers at work. They even used all the references I gave them and they gave us such a beautiful cake. Highly recommend them! Maria was definitely helpful and even gave some well needed wedding advice as well. Definitely worth the spending! :)

Maria Theresa is amazing ! She is so talented . She did my friends 50th bday party . She left nothing out ! The best eye for details, most amazing candy table and amazing cake. The James Bond theme was just perfect . She goes out of her way for her clients and cares about the people. Her event was beyond professional !!!

i have been using isabellas for over 10 years and it pains me to write this review. i am not the type to do this, go on a review platform and complain but this was warranted. ordered a custom cake for my daughters first bday...picked up and brought home after checking to see the cake was as requested upon pickup ....upon arrival the cake looked like the leaning tower of piza .....my wife was mortified that guests were arriving and cake looked as if it would collapse any moment....did the whole happy bday song and dance and it was time to eat the cake....boy were we freakin disappointed even further.....cake was undercooked and fruit preserves looked like they came from a can ....needless to say reached out to the merchant via email on numerous occasions without a response before sending another email with a response from them this time....after couple of exchanges and pics that were sent we were promised a full refund and as an apology a new smaller replica of what we originally ordered for a photo-op....its been 2 and half months and its as if they disappeared ...unfortunately im all for supporting small local businesses as i have with isabellas since 2011 and for me to make a post like this takes a lot but maybe they will make sure that their communication with their loyal customers improves. NO STARS BUT BY DEFAULT HAD TO PUT 1

I never ever write reviews for anything however I was so blown away by the customer service I encountered last weekend that it warranted a review. I placed an order for a cake over the phone and via email. I was suppose to pick it up on the Sunday before my event however, when I called they had informed me that when I placed the order via email I put the wrong date in the subject line. I went into sheer panic especially because the shop was going to be closed the following day. Without a second thought, they told me that they would make the cake for me in time AND deliver it (since I was unable to pick it up Monday). Despite it being my mistake they did not turn me away and made this beautiful cake last minute for me. I was truly blown away by the customer Service they displayed and how professional the staff handled the mix up. It’s not very often you find customer service like this and I just Appreciated it so much.The cake came out beautiful and as always tasted delicious. Between my sons Baptism cake, my sisters shower cake and now this; you have a lifetime customer with me.
