I stopped by this Australian brunch restaurant after seeing some great reviews. I wasn’t sure what to order, so I asked the staff for recommendations and tried these three dishes:
- Mushroom Toast: Don’t let the simple name fool you. This one was packed with rich mushroom flavor. One bite and I was hooked!
- Kangaroo Tucker: My first time trying kangaroo meat! It didn’t have any off-putting smell and paired nicely with the sauce. A bit on the chewy side, though—definitely a fun one-time experience 😅
- Strawberry Tiramisu: Exactly what you'd expect and more—sweet creamy tiramisu topped with fresh strawberries and a tangy berry purée. Great combo!✨
Overall, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was super friendly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good spot in Williamsburg.

Food was flavorful and delicious ! The kangaroo tasted like fillet mingnon to me I’m glad I tried it. Fried cauliflower was amazing. Service was good and food came out pretty quick! Nice atmosphere.

I ate here on Friday (1/3) for lunch. I had the kangaroo skewers and fish sandwich and chips. The food was delicious. I never had kangaroo before. Kate, my amazing server, recommended it big time. I am so glad she did. The meat was the best thing I have ever tasted. The fish sandwich was incredible. The chips were so light and fluffy. I came back the next day (1/4) for dinner with my cousin and her Australian husband. He said the kangaroo skewers were the best he ever had in his life, even when he lived in Australia. Elina, our server that night, was awesome. We had delicious food and drinks in a fun and welcoming environment. The prices are great. Kate and Elina are amazing. I will definitely come back again and again. The prices are totally reasonable. The portions are huge. The food is impeccable. It is so nice to have a warm and friendly restaurant/bar/cafe in the area.
