My friend and I decided to check out Island Pops around 1:30pm on a Saturday to try their unique ice cream flavors! There is no seating area, so that may be something to consider with the blazing summer heat.

Get their vegan banana bread and pair it with their Island Coconut ice cream - heaven on earth! I’m not even remotely vegan. Seems they have wide variety of seasonal flavors, so I tried this combo a few months back but forgot to post about it. Returned again today for a pint to go, sorrel rum is one of my favorites here but I decided to try the black cake flavor just because I picked up a slice of black cake from Royal Bakery down the street… ended up pairing very nicely!!...
