Amazing first time experience, the staff is very friendly and helpful when choosing what to get. They explain everything and suggest what you may like. It’s all really fresh too no powdered or anything they chop up the fruits and veggies right in front of you before they blend it. Highly recommend if you want real fresh and great tasting juices/smoothies 😄

I’ve been here three times already and Marcia, shes so welcoming, it’s nothing but good vibes when I come in here and greet her. They have the best smoothies, juices, I really want to try they’re ice cream but you know it’s no longer summer. Her ice cream is hand dipped so that sounds good. Check them out!

Came in with a bad cold and grabbed a ginger shot and a ginger turmeric smoothie — cleared me right up! Great staff, awesome atmosphere, and fair prices. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area! 🌿💪

The Jerk Chicken Patties are amazing, they taste home baked. The curry goat is well seasoned with long grain rice and the owner is very pleasant

Marcy and the team at Island Roots Juice Bar and Cafe LLC are a hidden gem! I'm working construction down the street and stumbled upon this place, and I'm so glad I did. The service was absolutely amazing—Marcy treated me like family, and you could feel the care and passion she poured into making my smoothie.
And the smoothie itself? Hands down one of the best I've ever had. It was incredibly rich and satisfying, keeping me full for hours. If you're in the area, you have to stop by. Grab a smoothie and experience the great energy and incredible service for yourself! Oh and I drank it so fast I completely forgot to post a picture.
