I ordered desserts from this place through uber eats. I wrote specifically in the comments that I need certain desserts to be packaged and bagged separately. I planned on gifting it to other people. I’ve visited in person and notes that they have smaller bags for desserts so I didn’t think this would be an issue. The staff here stacked the desserts into a bag and just wrote they are unable to bag separately. There was no issue when I’ve asked for desserts to be packed separately when I made purchases in person but I guess because it’s ubereats I did not receive the same hospitality. This order was a gift and I’m injured so I’m unable to go in person, but because they did not provide the same hospitality and did NOT provide bags and utensils that I needed I had to use my crutches to ask my neighbors for utensils and extra bags which was quite difficult to do in my position. The staff here are great in person so I’m quite disappointed to see that the online orders are treated differently.

I ordered a birthday 🎂 online for delivery, called them amd asked if they can write HBD on it they kindly said yes. I received the cake all the fruits were old and dried and nothing written on top of it. I had to go into the store to have them correct their wrongs, Buyer beware

i stopped by one evening for a surprise birthday cake. i got a 5 inch cake and it was sooo gross. the cake was soggy and wet. the strawberries were tart and some felt even rotten. it was so strange the strawberries inside were better tasting than the whole strawberries on the outside.
i love cake so much. it’s my favorite dessert and this place made me feel so bad eating quite a pricey cake.
would never go here again. i am appalled by the high reviews with the poor taste and seemingly low quality cake.
avoid at all costs!

Hands down the best desserts in the area. The tres leches jar is unbelievably goo and creamy. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, this spot is a must-visit.

I'm not a dessert person but I ordered the Apple cheesecake caramel crumb and let me tell you.... I never finish dessert in one sitting and after that majestic first bite, the whole thing was gone. 5/5 will come back to try other cakes

Wonderful parlour. Omg, so many wonderful options. Reasonably priced. Will definitively go back. Red velvet cheesecake, spectacular. Dominican cake with guava, amazing. Regular cheesecake, incredible. Chocolate brownie with mousse, decadent. Worth the money

I’m Very disappointed with the customer service of this establishment definitely will not be back and will not be referring anyone or recommending any one to this business. I placed an order for a cake for my mother’s 95th birthday and unfortunately I had to cancel my order due to the fact that my mother got very ill and was hospitalized for her birthday. I went to cancel my order 4 days in advance due to this emergency however they didn’t want to refund me for my order that I paid $620 which is a lot to loose thank god I was able to dispute the charge through my bank and was able to get my money back since they said they weren’t going to refund me my money.

The store is incredibly well-organized, exuding an elegant and high-end ambiance. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. I ordered a tres leches cup, which was pleasant. The flavor was present but not overpowering. However, I must mention that the cake was a bit too runny and liquidy. While it was still edible, I wouldn’t go out of my way to order it again.
