If I could give 0 stars just for that girl in the pink shirt. First of all SHE took our order and literally saw us pay then after a 40 minute wait for our food. We would follow up, be patient then she proceeded to gaslight us and tell us we didnt pay, when I had the history on my apple pay and physically showed it to her. Then she reprinted us the receipt for our first order and then saw she hid the other receipt in her hand which showed our order number that we paid for second one. At that point she knew she was wrong and she was laughing talking under her breath mocking about us to her coworker. The coworker knew she was wrong too and didnt listen to her and just told us give me a second ill make the order for you. We asked the pink shirt girl for an explanation or at least just an apology at this point and she just said no. Looking at the reviews this isnt the first time its happened and I think its all the same girl I dont know why or how she hasnt lost her job yet. Gurl stop holding our tacos hostage and just learn to say sorry when you're wrong its that easy.

Super busy weekend , totally understand it but a little communication goes a long way. Waited 40 minutes plus for three pieces of street corn. Watched other food (including street corn) go out. If it needed to be cooked first, say that. And honestly there was what on it? Mayo, cortija and Tajin. No thanks. Waste of money - 6 bucks each, and time. No apology or warning it would be that long. Do better. So many other options, I recommend somewhere else in the market like the thai place a few places over.

The tacos and burritos are good. We got steak tacos and a steak burrito with rice and beans and a side of chips and salsa. Well, the food was good, the lady working the cash register needs a brief introduction on how to be polite and not so offputting with that said, we would still come back and eat here again

We have ordered chicken tacos. Given the rush it took us 20 mins for the order. The chicken was very dry with no flavour or taste to it. We went to give them some feedback but the lady was not open to it. We told her that we do not need the money back wanted to share some feedback so that others might not get the same .She responded arrogantly and told us to leave the food on the table.

The female in the pink top behind the counter was restocking the fridge while we were waiting to be served we had to ask her to take our order while standing there for more than two minutes.
this is horrible service and I’m appalled. at a restaurant you should not have to ask to be served. Once she took our order And act as if we were done because we didn’t know what was in the taco. we then consulted a chef who was also rude to us. she was also female.
The board is unclear and says that all tacos have avocado in them and in tiny writing the chicken one says that there is no avocado. once my order was taken, my friend was waiting and again was not being served. it took multiple looks for her to serve us. we actually had to ask her to serve us
she then made the mistake by pressing the wrong buzzer and then said to me “no you’re not”
why would I be coming to the counter if my buzzer didn’t buzz? The food was alright though.
The steak taco was very spicy though. I hope that you read this rude server lady.

We ordered the steak tacos, and they were good, but service was awful. Lady at the counter seemed annoyed at everyone ordering.

I see a trend with places that don't really care about their customers: they are so obsessed with controlling inventory that they miss the mark on customer service.

The food here was actually REALLY GOOD, but I'm confused about something. They have chicken enchiladas with mole, and veggie enchiladas with green sauce, but when I asked for chicken with the other sauce, they acted like I asked them to build a rocket ship.

Seriously, the face they made was like I was asking them to rewrite the entire menu. It's weird, and honestly, pretty annoying. Just saying.

Otherwise, I enjoyed the food despite being inside Time out market.

Hidden in the heart of DUMBO’s Time Out Food Hall, Ivy Stark Mexology serves up fresh, flavorful, and customizable bowls that are worth every bite!

While traveling with family, we were looking for a spot that offered a variety of food options in one convenient location. We ended up at Time Out Food Hall in DUMBO, and I’m so glad we did! The food hall itself has an expansive selection of vendors, a cool underground aesthetic, and plenty of seating.

I decided to try Ivy Stark Mexology because I wanted a healthy meal with customizable options. You can choose between greens or grains as a base, and I was torn between the grilled salmon or mahi-mahi green bowl. I ultimately went with the grilled mahi-mahi, and it did not disappoint! The portion size was generous for the price (though NYC prices are definitely higher than what I’m used to in the South). The mahi-mahi was cooked perfectly, and I loved how fresh all the ingredients tasted. My highlights were the guacamole, red rice, and the delicious dressing that paired beautifully with the fish. It was so filling that I even had leftovers to take home!

The staff were friendly and patient while I took my time deciding, and they offer a variety of flavored Jarritos drinks, which was a nice touch. Despite the food hall being busy, there was plenty of seating available.

Overall, I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area again. If you’re looking for a fresh, flavorful, and healthy meal in DUMBO, Ivy Stark Mexology is a great choice!

Terribly managed restaurant in the timeout market most of the food was sitting on the shelf, getting cold while other parts of the ordered items were prepared. The staff had a nonplussed attitude and really didn’t care about what they were presenting. Food is mediocre and overpriced. The whole experience was underwhelming and annoying.
