Terribly managed restaurant in the timeout market most of the food was sitting on the shelf, getting cold while other parts of the ordered items were prepared. The staff had a nonplussed attitude and really didn’t care about what they were presenting. Food is mediocre and overpriced. The whole experience was underwhelming and annoying.

The woman that works the register is rude . Been there two weeks back and even though I tipped a lot she was still rude . She probably just hates her job , and her boss doesn’t teach them basic customer service . . Take your money elsewhere!!!

Food is good but the bad customer service makes it not worth it .i would understand if they were busy . The lady that was cashing is the issue. Yesterday , aside from the rude interaction , after I finished eating I took the tray to the cashier and she got angry , instead of her telling me to leave it where I was sitting that someone usually comes around and pick it up she sent me on a hunt. Even though the food was really good , I don’t like dealing with rude people .

That’s very important, because when I politely asked the woman bagging my order for an extra fork (1 in addition to my one) I was very rudely told “No!” I then asked for a refund, the lady standing next to me in line “ good for you, she’s has been acting petty the whole time. She even refused me extra salsa.” Again I requested a refund. Finally the young lady at the register handed me the extra fork.

We ordered the two variations of the enchiladas, they were plentiful and both tasty. We waited perhaps a few minutes too long, but overall I'm not complaining

Truly some of the worst service ever which sucks because the food is so good. My friend asked for a lemonade and they said they were out- despite having more in the tank and in the pouches right in front of our face. Asked what was in it then and the girl just ignored us. Then to make it even worse, they continued to serve other people lemonade right after me. Just unnecessarily rude.
