Perfect cold weather food! The ambiance is warm and inviting, the staff are attentive without being overbearing, and the food is excellent. The portions are fair for the price, especially if you get it delivered — I’ve been able to get 2-3 meals out of the soup when getting it to go. Highly recommend the Pepian and Caldo Tlapeño Rojo soups. And if it’s cold out, get the cacao hot chocolate!

My order took too long to get to me. If I hadn't asked, they didn't know my order was delayed. My order was way overpriced. It was a simple chicken soup for over $20. Not worth it. If I go next time, I will order something different.

One of my favorite restaurants in Brooklyn. Delicious food and great service always. They also have live music sometimes!
The carrot soup is one of my go-to orders, along with the rosemary cacao drink. The goat cheese omelette is also super yummy and filling.
I’m Mayan from my mom’s side, so this cuisine and decor always makes me feel close to my late grandmother, and is total comfort food. Love this place
