Brisket Sandwich (18 hour smoked prime brisket on toasted brioche with slaw & pickles) with French fries - really good; meat was juicy, flavorful; bread held together; pickles & slaw nice counterbalance to the meat; fries were crispy, salted; the BBQ sauce appears to be ketchup-based (not too sweet, spicy or smoky). Craft beer sold here (cans/bottles).
