Best Jamaican food I’ve had in Bk mixed with the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any place I’ve ever eaten. Every other time I order they send the wrong order, are out of items and don’t disclose that ahead of time, or they forgot an item all together. The food is amazing but the business and customer service is truly the worst I’ve ever seen. Nice people and great cooks but they need to get it together.

Placed an order through their website (not a third party app) at 8:52pm. Delivery ETA was between 9:12pm-9:52pm. Called their hotline at 9:59pm and followed instructions and pressed 3 to speak with a manager, but received an automated message saying the call could not be completed as dialed. Called back and followed instructions to place an order and was put through to someone working at the restaurant. Told them when my order was placed and they said it was sitting ready to be delivered. Whoever was delivering said they would bring it to me now. I said I shouldn’t be charged full price since the order was so late. The person on the other end ignored my reply and said instead the order was coming right now.I live within 3 blocks and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s be 20 minutes since I spoke to anyone. I haven’t even tried the food yet, but since the service is so unreliable I can’t recommend this place to anyone. I want to support local business, but experiences like this don’t make it easy to do.

The food is well seasoned, fresh and a good amount. The Rasta pasta was saucy and spicy but not to hot . I ordered in the store and waited 10 mins, the food was hot and fresh.. definitely will go back again.

These guys are he worst in the citi, I ordered a rasta pasta with salmon, I don’t what kind of fish they sent it’s white … and I paid for a boneless chicken roti but since I placed the order on doordash and they got paid already they just sent it with bones

I didn’t like this restaurant the Nostrand location was way better. My grilled salmon was very small and hard like chicken. I’m just very unsatisfied.

BEST RASTA PASTA BY FAR!!! FOOT PRINTS IS NO COMPETITION TO THESE PEOPLE!! I ORDERED EVERY WEEK AND I GAINED POUNDS, BUT IT'S OK! GREAT FOOD PEOPLE!! FOOD WAS GOOD! I'LL WAIT AGAIN!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE....I ordered through door dash.... over 30 min has passed since my order has been placed.. I contacted the restaurant to inquire the status of my order being that on the door dash app I'm not seeing any progress.. I was instructed by some woman over the phone at the restaurant, to be honest I don't even think she thoroughly checked for my order due to how prompt she was with this response to contact doordash regarding my order for them to have a better answer in the door dash it's clearly communicated the restaurant receive the order...I have reached the representative with doordash and it was then indicated this restaurant only uses their courier so you're unable to track your order on doordash..This makes absolutely no sense! if this is so then this restaurant should take into not using doordash services or any third party delivery service as this does not ease peace of mind for customer to track their orders.To my understanding your funds are withdrawn for an order and theirs no status to show what's happening how can a customer be secured their order will be delivered. THEY HAVE FAILED TREMENDOUSLY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE. AFTER THIS RATING THEY SHOULD REVISE THEIR DELIVERY METHODS CAUSE THIS DOES NOT HELP CUSTOMERS...

Placed an order to pick up 3 entrees (goat, pork and chicken) thru the random app they’re on because they won’t take phone orders. Got to the restaurant at pick up time (30min later) and was told they didn’t look at incoming orders on the app and would be starting the order then, come back in 30min. Came back 30min later to be told they were out of goat (tried to sub for a completely different chicken dish) and it would take another 15min to complete the order. We were starving at this point and tried to wait it out again, only to be told that they were also out of pork and would we take another chicken dish instead. If they knew they were out of both, why not tell us when they first read the incoming order? We left. Almost 2 hours of waiting for nothing. Wish I could give 0 stars.
