Hands down my favorite food spot. The food is always fresh and top tier, amazing prices, and super friendly environment. I recommend any of the milk teas, honeydew is especially great and spot on. The bacon egg and cheese/vege mei fun/rice rolls/apple pie are also must haves. So many great options.

Yall gotta try the Milk Tea, god tier milk tea that will make you question your purchase everytime you try to buy anything related to "bubble tea/milk tea" other than from this ladies bakery

I love this spot.No frills, no nonsense, just excellent baked goods. The owner is so nice and yet so efficient. The prices are always fair, and the buns are delicious.I love the plain sweet buns in particular, but that’s me.Try whatever and you’ll be happy.

JJ Bakery has great Chinese pastries. My favorite is the sweet red bean bun. The coffee is always hot and strong and the service is friendly, fast, and precise.

Their rice noodles are a must try. Delicious, inexpensive and freshly made. My favorite is the spam, egg and mushroom rice noodle.

We order the grill pork chop over rice every week here. They serviced 4 pieces of pork chop for $7 only, just raised the price from $6.50.
