Food tasted great. Poor wrap and ingredient distribution & too light on the dressing(got some very dry lettuce only on a couple of bites) on the chicken Caesar salad wrap is my only complaint - but the chicken was great and it was a top tier chicken Caesar wrap on the bites where you got a little of everything.

Woke up in a cold sweat, after an enthralling dream about a pretty lady eating a chicken sandwich. She was chomping down in a red checkered cafeteria, in some kind of nasty basement, the crisp of the chicken loud in my ears. Oh boy I want that!, i shout upon waking, shooting straight up in bed, licking my lips! And so the search began. We wander and wander, in the cold, until we find the warm tunnels of Time Out market. Pulsing and throbbing with the noises of slurping and lip smacking! Inside we go and there we hit gold! Aka, Jacob’s Pickles. Jacob with his big big pickle…. He made me happy. In more ways than one. (Hey, ask the guy at the front about the glory hole in the kitchen… you’re welcome. And by that I mean mouth hole of glory- party on the tongue!) Thank you for a lovely meal, Jacob, my man. We got two chicken sandwiches, they were Huge! And you know I like em huge (and juicy). Bravo. A great meal for tonight, as we pad ourselves in multiple diapers for the Times Sq ball drop. We needed all that chicken and buttermilk biscuits for our crispy time in the crowd! Woo! Happy new year everyone! Cheers to more delicious chicken sandwiches and big pickle times in 2026! First of all, this location with all the restaurants is awesome. So many options and easy to order from anywhere.
Second, Jacobs Pickles is unreal. Sandwich is enormous so you may even want to share one with someone. Honey Hot Sandwich was so flavorful and delicious. Little spicy but not bad. Great meal.

This is clearly a restaurant that targets non american tourists and gives them cafeteria quality chicken. The service was nice enough but the food was just awful. The chicken was pre breaded and fried and kept in a container then it is fried for 15 seconds after the customer orders and served. I feel bad for the tourists who come here see a 4.3 review and expect good american fried chicken. Pickles were good though...
