We stopped at Dumbo and the kids were so cold that we ordered classic hot chocolate. It's very rich and not too sweet, so I ate the whole thing haha. I think it was the best hot chocolate I've ever had. I highly recommend it!

The staff are very friendly. The chocolate cookies are famous, so I went to Dumbogan Kim and they were really rich and delicious. The chocolate cookies were thin and chewy. It is more luxurious compared to Starbucks. I've had Starbucks cookies before, so there was a lot of comparison.More than anything!!! This is a great hot chocolate restaurant. I didn't know and just ordered one, but it tasted like melted chocolate. I think it will be remembered as the best hot chocolate in my life. Be sure to try it!

This shop sells Brooklyn-made chocolates, the assortment and quality are outstanding! See the gorgeous Easter molded candy. Jazz showed us the French hot chocolate- it the best I’ve ever tasted!! Merci!

I tried their famous chocolate chip cookie, and it was alright. Flavor-wise it was pretty balanced and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. But it was missing the wow factor that you get from Levain or Culture Expresso (two other solid spots for a chocolate chip cookie). The one thing I'll say is that the cookie I got was room temperature- it's possible it tastes much better warm, as is usually the case for cookies. Might come back to try their hot chocolate though, which looks intriguing.

Just charge half and I bet u will sell 4x more. Dumbo is gentrified area under brooklyn bridge. Parking is hard. Basically almost none. Like 20 spots total for area. I was there on January 21st. We were served by a calm, very nice man. He was happy with my praise :) The interior design was already Valentine's Day, so it was atmospheric. And the hot chocolate was real, delicious chocolate.

Came by for their classic hot chocolate, wife had a craving for it. We were also celebrating our son's 20th birthday. As wife is enjoying the realist hot chocolate you can buy. The workers approach my son with free samples of hot chocolate, and a gift of chocolate cookie, and a chocolate heart!! Talk about wise workers, friendly, kind and incredibly thoughtful. The owners are lucky to have them.
