It's a store front and it's located at a corner. No in door seating.

Every time I’m in the neighborhood, I have to get my sandwiches from here. Everything is so delicious and affordable. The service is great. I’ve been going here for years and I love it.

Do not eat here. I brought shrimp rice rolls for $3.50 and the shrimp was extremely mushy and has a weird texture and rice rolls were powdery. It was absolutely disgusting. This is unacceptable. Boss lady was nice and was carrying a goyard handbag. But how does this place stay in business with such bad food.

The area Jade Bakery is located has many amazing shops, but even double-parking is difficult. Jade is located in a less busier corner, and I found double-parking so I went in. I love this type of atmosphere, food on trays, baking in the back, focus on practicality, not decor, no pretensions - it is exactly what it is supposed to be - a neighborhood bakery that caters to people on their way to work. So, the food. I am very particular about my steamed buns - their's didn't pass - thick dough, not soft billowy. The filling was pork/vegetable, not tasty and very minimal- too little for the bun. The shrimp rice noodles was a winner - hand-made, not pre-made rice noodles, and six fresh shrimps. The last item was wrapped peanut sticky rice, really light, fresh, and tasty. The bun, white noodle with shrimp, and peanut sticky rice, $7.00. I added an iced coffee, $10.50. ( Beware: I was there at 8 am, but they had already sold out: shrimp dumplings, chive dumplings, beef balls, and shumai)

For simple American taste go for the pineapple buns. They have different fillings but I like the plain. With a coffee in the morning - nothing better

I order food from Jade Bakery online from Weee. I love their Coconut Cream Bread and Custard Cocktail Buns! Those are always repeat orders for me. They are always tasty, delicious, soft, and fresh. Consistent quality.

The flavor of the bread in the Custard Cocktail Buns actually remind me of my grandma’s recipe for what she called, “Light Rolls” and I haven’t had them for so long (she was born in 1915 and has been gone for years so when I eat these they bring me so much joy and have that added sweet coconut center that she would have loved as much as I do…thank you! :) ).

When you bought the cold ribs. The ribs are all bad. It's stale.

Here's another of my worse food review. Baked goods there are horrible. No taste and seems very stale. I think they use expire ingredients. As for the staff, all the females there, nothing but attitude from these old chicken farts.

Old school flavor, I like the breakfast here.
Everything I ate here is excellent.
Reminds me of Silver Palace back in the 70s in NYC Chinatown.
If my Grand Parents were alive today they would all approve.
