Tasty but so hot it’s dangerous

At first I thought the bread was good until I noticed how much oil bleeds into the paperbag. God knows what kind of cheap seed oil is being used. I would be fair and say the patty fillings are OK. The beef is lacking beef and is more of a soup, the jerk chicken is decent but you'll be spitting out pepper seeds. The service is not the best. The staff has gotten my order wrong on numerous occasions. I don't know how difficult it is to identify patties correctly but they seem to struggle with getting it right. This used to be an everyday visit for me but has now dipped to maybe 2 times a week. I'm over it.

Amazing food! Got curry chicken lunch special and it was a lot of food for how cheap it was. The 2 for $4 cake slices were perfectly moist and delicious

This was my first time visiting a Jamaican Flavors location and I’m hooked on their delicious patties. I purchased curry chicken and regular chicken patties and both were absolutely amazing. The crust was scrumptious. As I was eating the second pattie, I almost didn’t want to finish it because it was that good. This place will definitely stay on my radar. Kudos to the chef, great job!

Tried to grab something quick to snack on after work stopped in here, they could not take any longer to sell 2 patties in an empty store. The cashier continued his personal conversation with a customer despite the line slowly growing. Slow service, zero customer service.

Randomly stopped and saw a jerk chicken sandwich for $5.00 I said oh my . I don’t know these people by the way I just randomly eat throughout Brooklyn don’t judge . I ordered two sandwiches jerk bbq chicken to be exact . The dude told me 15 minutes I said really I’ll wait because the fact that the bread needed to be baked had me feening. Finally I got the sandwich not even going to lie one of the best sandwiches I have eaten. Fresh vegetables mild spicy chicken without the bones on a nice baked lightly sweet bread .10/10 will be back !

I felt so good today,
The meal I had was curry chicken lunch special, a pineapple ginger drink, and chicken soup, it’s my first time ,the food was great and the customer service was great both ladies was accurate trying to please their cutomers, the lady in a white blouse and the pregnant lady was exceptional. I was in a hurry but I can say she get my meal ready so I could get the bus. And I did get the bus. The accuracy was top notch and I will surely be there again.

Real ackee patties, not ackee paste, the best I've had in nyc. Cocobread baked on site and is fresh and soft. Definitely try the jerk chicken sandwich. Very pleasant staff
