Jefe Tacos offers very good freshly made tacos to order. The pollo asado and al pastor are quite reliable. Unfortunately, it appears as though the amount of protein in their tacos is reducing. The fixings bar is average compared to what many others are offering. The fixings are also located in a place that is inconvenient for patrons.

With so many good options around, sometimes it's hard to pick one, but this place is nothing less than any of the other options in the market. First, the service was super friendly, and I got my burrito bowl really quick. Secondly, the bowl was really good, not the best of my life, but definitely worth a try.
Fast service and delicious. I had the taco al pastor, and a mezcal Paloma. Absolutely some of the best tacos I've ever had! And the drink was so delicious. I came in early afternoon on a wed and the service was so quick. I wanted to order 2 more tacos... but no... I must resist 😢
