Every time I order oil and vinegar on a delivery from this store, the sandwich shows up completely soggy, dripping wet, and only tastes like vinegar. Terrible quality control and portioning. I will never eat here again

The worker Ray is very disrespectful and had us waiting 2 hours for our sandwich. Showed no respect for our driver and wouldn’t help with a remake of the order that was stolen. Called twice and he said he was “working” on the remake but two hours have passed and 3 separate drivers all said Ray wouldn’t help them.
I had the pleasant experience to wait 30 minutes in store for my order and had the opportunity to observe how cleanliness of the facility. If using the app to order, add another 25-30 minutes to their eta or just order in person for priority if you can’t go to the 7th avenue branch.
