**Review of Jets Pizza: A Disappointing Experience**
I recently visited Jets Pizza, and I left deeply disappointed. From the moment I walked in, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning. The place seemed dirty, which immediately made me question the standards they maintain, especially in a food service environment.
The young lady working behind the counter had a very poor attitude, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. Not only was she responsible for taking orders, but she was also making pizzas while constantly using her phone. To my surprise, I didn’t see her wash her hands after handling her phone, which is a clear violation of basic food safety protocols. This level of negligence is unacceptable and concerning for anyone expecting safe and hygienic food preparation.
When my food finally arrived, it was overpriced and, to top it off, burnt. It was clear that care wasn’t taken in preparing the order, which only added to my frustration. I would have raised the issue, but the attitude of the staff member behind the counter made it clear that she wasn’t interested in helping. In fact, she had already made some questionable comments, leaving me with no confidence that my concerns would be addressed. Instead, I took the incorrect order and left, deciding shortly after to throw the food in the trash.
Customer service is a crucial part of any dining experience, and sadly, Jets Pizza seems to be severely lacking in this area. Friendly and attentive service can make or break a restaurant, and in this case, it certainly did. A restaurant that overlooks the importance of treating its customers well and maintaining basic cleanliness risks losing repeat business.
Overall, my experience at Jets Pizza was highly disappointing. With poor customer service, questionable hygiene practices, and overpriced, poorly made food, I cannot recommend this place. Until they make serious improvements, I won’t be returning.
Kid-friendliness: Not at all, music was too loud and it’s no where to sit or use the bathroom.
