I ordered a pizza & salad with 2 cokes. Right before delivery I get an email that they refunded the pizza. That's right they canceled the pizza without calling me & delivered the salad. That's the kind of place this is.

When I first passed by this place a few weeks ago, it didn’t really look that good to me. But after reading some of the reviews I got interested and wanted to try this place out, and thank god I did. The pizza here was simply heavenly. The space is fairly modest and it can take a bit for the pizza to be ready, but it’s definitely worth the wait. Not only that but the people working here genuinely seem to have a passion for making excellent Detroit-style pizza. Would highly recommend if like pizza or are just someone in the area.

The pizza was great, but do not get delivery through the online ordering through their website-they use DoorDash which needs no further explanation. No matter how well you tip, you will not get your order directly, it will be left at the entrance and you’ll get a text saying they didn’t know the apartment despite it being on the receipt in two spots and the app in two different spots. I am not sure if their text to order is still door dash, but I won’t be chancing it.

The BEST Pizza EVER!! I wish Jets Pizza would come a little more South in Texas but I make sure to THOROUGHLY enjoy Jets when I travel to Austin ..... I highly recommend ❤️🥰❤️🥰

Awful service and even worse customer service, go somewhere else if you want pizza, this place was an absolute nightmare. Decided to place an order around Midnight. Placed it on the Jet’s Pizza Website, after selecting this location as it is the closest one. I go and select for the order to be delivered ASAP, with the time estimate for the delivery being around 1:30 AM. The second I finalize my order on the website, it tells me that it would be delivered at 12 PM on that day. I check my email for the details of the order and the one email I received only shows the receipt, order # and the estimated delivery as 12 PM, saying to contact the location directly for any changes or requests. I call the shop immediately, explain the situation to the Staff Member and tell her that I want to either have it delivered this evening or otherwise just cancel the order. The Staff Member tells me the order is nowhere to be found, the order # does not match anything and she recites to me the 3 tickets that are open saying my order is just not there. Meanwhile, I have been charged. After uselessly trying to understand what is going on, with the Staff Member saying nothing outside of “it’s just not there”, I decide to wait to see if the pending charge gets cancelled. Morning after I receive a text out of the blue saying that my Doordasher (mind you, I did not order with DoorDash) was on their way to pick up my order and deliver it. I immediately call the establishment and ask to cancel the order and am met with an extremely rude Staff Member that says that the order is already in preparation so, after a back and forth where I tried to understand how was it possible that the order didn’t exist until this morning and the Staff Member argued that the order was “in a different part of their system”, I am told that I just wasted their time with this whole conversation and am asked whether I want the order or not, because “you are being charged for this order either way”. Unacceptable way to talk to your customers.
The pizza tasted fine, but I feel like the toppings were extremely stingy to be $3 each. Just go to Little Caesars. Way cheaper for the same quality.

I’ve always been a fan of New York style pizza but jets deep dish might make me a believer. It’s so incredibly good especially the toasty crust. Great sauce as well and super fast delivery
