Heard about this place for years. Was sitting in traffic on the Belt and asked google to find me a nearby deli...Jimmy's Famous pops up...less that 5 mins away....hell yeah....ordered a turkey hero with provolone....I'm a Chef by profession...this was by far the BEST Turkey Hero I've ever had. PERFECT. Owner was awesome too. We talked baseball...he had recently gone to Fenway...I had recently returned from Los Angeles and we talked Yankees, Mets, Dodgers, Boston....

Some friends came over to help me move and we ordered sandwiches delivered from here. Got tuna, mortadella, and Italian combo. They were all great and for whatever reason Jimmy’s actually gave us doubles of everything. I had the mortadella and it was so great! Highly recommended! Sorry the picture sucks

Lived in sheepshead most of my life and only tried Jimmy's heros recently. Now I'm addicted! Really yummy heros and mouthwatering mini canolis. Super friendly service, too. Definitely recommend this gem.
