Every time I order from here they mess up the order bad enough to require a refund. Last time, they sent me a buffalo chicken roll instead of a vodka chicken roll, indicating that they either don’t know the difference or assumed I wouldn’t notice. The time before that they sent undercooked pizza. Really seems like they do not care here, and I am baffled how this ended up on any “best pizza in Brooklyn” lists.

Joe and Sal’s Pizza is truly the best. Alessandro exudes the utmost kindness and friendliness everytime I come in the store. The pies are fresh and beyond delicious and the variations of options are endless. This is my favorite pizza in nyc for so many reasons!!!!!

10 dollars for a single slice of pizza is crazy, so crazy that instead of mentioning that its 10 dollars, you say that its a big big slice instead of the price? If you are going to contribute to gentrification, at least have respect for the communities in which you are displacing and directly affecting by not robbing them ? the food is decent but not *10 dollars for a slice I could get for 5 or less in the CITY* decent... that's outrageous.
Forgot to take a pic of my pizza slice lol. Ordered a chicken bruschetta deep dish slice. Solid. It’s more a to go spot with just 3-4 two seat tables. It’s a tight space but it works. The staff is very kind and professional with very Brooklyn accents. It’s authentic and I will echo what others have said in this as well - I wish this was my neighborhood pizzeria as well. I’d eat through all their options in a short time. The crust was excellent.
