No empathy, just bad service.

This has received my award for worst coffee I have ever had, this is such a dissapointment for spending nearly 30 dollars for foamy sour tasting coffee despite ordering a mocha. The hot chocolate taste absolutely weird. Very very disappointed.

Today I arrived around 6:30 pm Monday. The girl made me terrible coffee and was rude to me. I asked her what was going on. She said, “I’m really tired, and we’re almost closed.” My God, how is that even possible? Such a cool coffee shop makes such awful coffee with such bad staff.

Cashier was nice, young female barista was not. I simply asked for more water on my american and rolled her eyes...another customer asked for something too after me and also rolled her eyes. Didn't know making coffee was that much of an annoyance.

One of the best mokaccino I have drunk. I don't if it is the quality of the coffee or the quantity, but usually, we feel more chocolate than coffee in others places.
Pretty solid coffee. Whole bean pricing is quite good and I’ll echo what another reviewer said in that it could easily be more for a popular tourist spot. Service could be friendlier but hey, I’m NYC. Shop itself is fine. Seems a portion of it was closed and roped off, not sure why. Would t hesitate to grab a cup in your in the area!

After having had our drink they inform us that the bathroom is broken and unusable, but on the entrance door there is an indication for the public bathrooms.
We went inside to rest and get a coffee.
